People don't see it but their being illegal makes them even more 'wantable'.
Very true for a lot of people. Just an example although it's not very good. I had friends that would never touch a cigerette but would do any other drug they could get a hold of. I think they were just after the effects though ;P

Well, to start, though, the burden of proof is on the one who wants to make all drugs illegal. If there's no reason to make drugs illegal, would a law have to be invented? I think not. So one must first demonstrate that there is a reason to make drugs illegal.

Please, OP, do not post in all caps and please write more than a sentence. In fact, we would like to have at least a paragraph explaining why you think drugs should remain illegal.
We already have threads about drugs with well written OPs though, so everyone should post on one of those.
