So I've started up planking in my school this past week, I've gotten quite a few followers now who plank with me but I've decided to create this thread to inform you all of planking. First off Rules of Planking:
1/ You must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the Plank. 2/ Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed. 3/ Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed. 4/ You must make it known that you are Planking. Saying 'I am Planking' usually get this across. Sternly announcing it will ensure a good result. 5/ Your safety should always be considered. Properly thought through Planking procedures should always go to plan. Never put your self at undue risk. 6/ Every Plank that is captured must be named.
Ok now that you know the rules of planking, here are my pics! (MORE TO COME!!!!)
That's all for now! Come Back Tomorrow to see newer ones! (also i'm aware i didn't name these on here. I did, however, name them)
After I get a hundred or so photo's of me in various places, I'm going to upload them all to youtube in a slide show, so it looks cool, me in one position with the background changing.
Position yourself on top of a stall and position someone sitting down in the next stall with the door closed so it looks like your looking in on them from above. just an idea
I'm curious as to how you can balance yourself so efficiently on some of these shots. some of them seem really incredible. I feel as if they are fake, but know theyt aren't, it's wierd.

All photos are 100% legit, i'm aware the my shirt hanging off the sides of some of them make it seem as if I was simply floating, i'm not haha..i will never post a photoshopped picture. as for the balancing, the one where I'm on the 1" railing (2nd to last) took several shots/tries before accomplishing a long enough balance to exclaim "I'm planking" and getting a photo the one where I am on the bowling ball return, i slid down the first time planking doesn't have to be difficult, it just makes for better photos.
I don't really see the attraction to this planking fad. But your pics are pretty cool, you must have some pretty good ab strength to hold some of those positions.
I thought you were Aussie for a bit Lemon, since the term "lanking" is Australian. The Lying Down Game, as it was originally named, (back in '09 in the UK) brings memories.
As for your shots, they're pretty impressive. Eh, I don't really know where I should plank.
