*sigh* I'm going to have to download your video to my pc, and then upload it to my channel. The set it on private so no one sees it, and then edit it into the final video with everyone's videos. It will take time, but I think I can do it.

Do I rage: No, I just play FIFA

That pretty much wraps up my entire COD experience in a nutshell.

I wouldn't say overpowered to most of those, rather they're overused. The overpowered guns in my eyes are the MP40, Famas from Black Ops, and Type-95.

In CoD4 you had juggernaut, so that made guns weaker.

MW2, I really don't see how the Tar-21 is overpowered. It's a good gun, but it has recoil and a slow reload without sleight of hand, so I think that's balanced. I can slightly see the UMP as overpowered, because if I recall correctly it took three shots to kill from basically all distances and it didn't have much recoil. I didn't see the Famas as overpowered in MW2, because it was how it was supposed to be; Famas with moderate damage and high fire rate and M16 with high damage and moderate fire rate. Now a really overpowered gun in that game is a secondary machine pistol; the Raffica. It's basically a mini-Famas. With stopping power you killed someone in one burst, without it took two.

PP90 isn't overpowered either, it's an smg, it's supposed to dominate at close range. It does fail at long ranges. If you see that gun as overpowered you might as well say the mini-uzi is as well, since it has the same stats as the PP90 but a higher fire rate. Actually, the mini-uzi with steady aim on small maps has to be the best thing to use, because it has the highest fire rate in the game. ACR is overused, most of the other assault rifles can compete with it, I think most people prefer it over the others because most YouTube commentators say it's the best, which it isn't. A Light machine gun? Well, that glitch is on all of them. They really need to fix that.

And I was thinking about what perks should be last night:

Tier one
Recon Pro - Same as it is now.
Sleight of Hand Pro - Reload faster + ADS faster and swap weapons faster.
Extreme Conditioning Pro - Unlimited Sprint + climb obstacles faster.
Scavenger Pro - Replenish ammo + replenish lethal equipment, tactical equipment, and more starting ammo (To be clear on replenishing equipment, I mean the frag, semtex, throwing knife, bouncing betty, claymore, flashes, concussions, emps, and smoke grenades, also you can only have one claymore or betty out at a time, and if your portable radar, scrambler, or whatever was destroyed you could replenish it).
Had trouble thinking about a fifth blue perk, so I'd just say bring back One Man Army Pro, except this time you can't replenish things like launchers (grenade launchers, rpgs, etc.)

Tier two
Stopping Power Pro - Bullets do more damage against enemies + more damage against enemy vehicles.
Juggernaut Pro - Take less bullet damage + explosives and flashes/stuns do 50% less damage.
Assassin Pro - Undetectable by UAV, thermal, portable radar, heartbeat sensors + enemy air support and sentries can't detect you.
Hardline Pro - Reduces the amount of kills needed for your killstreak + every two assists count as a kill and your air support does more damage.
Overkill Pro - Allows you to carry two primary weapons + proficiencies on second primary and you start off with double the amount of lethal equipment and tactical equipment (such as lethal and tactical grenades, not things like claymores or trophy systems).

Tier three
Marksman Pro - Same as it is now.
Stalker Pro - Faster movement while ADS + faster movement overall (like lightweight).
Sitrep Pro - See enemy equipment and delays detection triggered equipment + louder enemy footsteps.
Steady Aim Pro - Same as it is now.
Dead Silence Pro - Same as it is now.

I honestly think that would make the game so much better, because you would have to actually think about which perks to use and people who choose assassin would be at a disadvantage against people who use juggernaut and stopping power, and vice versa. If you use juggernaut and stopping power then you could be seen on the radar. I also think that a lot more people would be using specialist. Also, to avoid confusion to the right of the "+" means that's what you get after you unlock the pro version.

Most people didn't use Juggernaut though. And even with Jugg, the M16 and M4 still killed really quickly. The MP5 had a weak damage, but the rate of fire could be so high that it rendered Jugg obsolete.

But it had such a high damage at its base. Its starting damage is the same as another assault rifle with FMJ attached. It had good iron sights, and with FMJ and Stopping Power it probably causes the most damage of any assault rifle in the game.

That, and the recoil was just so that at medium distances, aiming at the chest ensured you'd get a headshot.

PP90 isn't overpowered either


It has the highest fire rate of any SMG. And, according to Elite, it will 'chew through your enemies'. High fire rate and high damage shouldn't really be together in my opinion.

The mini-uzi has the highest fire rate and I think the highest damage of the smgs, but it's neglected because of the recoil, and you have to remember that the PP90 struggles at medium to long ranges, usually taking quite a lot of bullets to kill. These guns are supposed to dominate everything else at close range, just like machine pistols and shotguns, that doesn't make them overpowered. What would make the PP90 overpowered is if you could beat an assault rifle in its range. That's exactly what makes the machine pistols overpowered; they can destroy any gun at medium ranges.
High fire rate and high damage shouldn't really be together in my opinion.

It has average damage for an smg, just high fire rate so it kills quickly. Just like the FAD, low damage and high fire rate, though it's the fastest killing fully automatic assault rifle.
The range on it isn't that great, and the magazine isn't very large.

This. It deals 30 damage at maximum range, which means with stopping power it'd take one burst to kill. In the video you can even see him taking out people from a distance. And if you give it extended mags, it's just like a regular M16.

yeah but the point is I want 2 dominate log range w/ my as50and have assault rifle to kill people that r closer 2 me...

Listen, overkill is crappy. You want close range domination? Use the fmg9s, nothing can beat them. And you will have quick draw so when you moving, you have more of a chance of landing a quick scope. Overkill is not that good, and if it was get a shotgun or smg instead of the assult rifle.

Listen, overkill is crappy.

I use it because I don't think ten custom classes is enough. I like using overkill with an smg and shotgun, instead of changing my class setup every time I want to use a different gun. It's also good for leveling up multiple guns at once.

Overkill isn't quite as useful to me as it was in CoD4. I ussualy put it on my Sniper classes, because the only sidearms were the handguns, and they sucked until you got the Desert Eagle. So putting on an SMG or a shotgun was useful.

What I'll likely end up doing is making a sniper rifle a secondary for a class with an AR that engages at long range, if I ever get around to making it. I'm just trying to prestige as fast as possible right now.

overkill is not useful at all
I would never swap up coldblooded for another weapon when your primary will deal with 1 range and a secondary either fmg9s or xm25 can deal with the other two

it rocks cuz u can (like ghostofmatrix said) level up 2 guns at once and w/ fmg's they have bad range with akimbo and wih one the it isnt as powerful as an AR
