Being tortured in any painful way and then getting treated by expert doctors so that you can be tortured again. Repeat process until dead. (I don't think anyone could last long, even with medical treatment.)

I think drowning would be pretty horrible or choking or even what Koru7 said about being in space and not able to breathe.

Watch '1000 Ways to Die,' they have some nasty deaths on that show.

I've posted in there several times. I'd say a bad way to die is to get tied to two semi trucks then the trucks start driving in opposite directions.

If I truly wanted to tell you the worst way to die, I would. But this website has a pg13 community, so I'll keep my mouth shut there.
A pretty bad way would be torture till death with your family and loved ones having the same treatment in front of you. Death of a 1000 cuts.

The worst is being eaten by ants!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaah the pain and horror!!!!!

Die from pooping out your organs, don't know if that can happy... but a friend of mine was talking about it because he saw it on 1000 ways to die.

Probably being tasered. But the voltage isn't high enough to kill you, and your pain receptors are still very active.
