I think evolution should not be taught in schools. I am a Christian, and I believe in intelligent design. I think I speak for all Christians when I say that evolution should not be taught as fact in schools.

@BASHA

I know that it is only what I believe. I just think if you don't teach one, don't teach the other.

I don't think i've thrown my two cents in for this topic. So i'll say this.

Why evolution shouldn't be in schools.
Religon:
In the beggining God created the heavens and the earth...
Evolution:
In the beggining A concentrated ball of dirt created the heavens and the earth...or no wait, where'd that come from?

Teach neither, or both. Not one. neither are proven, neither are unproven.

Edit: sorry, i mix the two within my mind, because most people some it all up...i meant that micro-evolution should be taught, cuz that happens...but big bang,macro-evolution, and the other 5 evolutions shouldn't be taught. sorry bout the mix up.

Wow, that is perfect. Except for the line "Teach neither," because it will lead to ignorance on creation (whether by God or evolution.) I've learned the string theory, yet it is unproven.

They say that religion should not be taught in school and the religious way should not be taught but what right do they have to suggest the theory of evolution?

Evolution is totally not true guys, I have facts. This is a video proving it.

Sorry if that offends anyone, I just had too.

But back on topic, if people want to learn about creationism or something like that they can go to church. Evolution has a lot of repeatable proof, unlike religion, which is based on dogma.

Scientific theories, being taught in schools no less! This is an OUTRAGE!

Yes it should, but it should be taught as a theory not as a fact.

It's the best theory we have, and is continually being refined and improved. Until a better, more plausible theory replaces it, I see no harm in teaching it as fact.
