Okay, quote one bit in there that is factually incorrect.

By your logic i could call thos iffensive and flag it, because i believe in the big bang theory and he called it silly.

Big Bang theory is just an another silly attempt of men to make things clear, though I think it's not a half-a-million percent possible. I'd say it's IMpossible. Not sure we even need this P:

No it isn't. thats his opinion, he can say what he wants, as can I, and in my opinion theism is silly.

Of course people are going to argue, because everyone has different beliefs, I think threads like these are just made to stir up the pot, if you know what I am saying metaphorically.

No one knows who created god or if it was the big bang theory that started mankind. Why can't man just stop wondering about the un answered questions?

Because it's an un-answered question? We want answers, dammit!

I don't see why people argue against Athiest. It's like pushing a brick wall securely cemented into the earth. You aren't going to get anywhere.

I have a question for you Athiests that think something just went boom and the universe was created.

What was here before the Big Bang. Or before the Universe? Huh?

I could say the same about arguing with theists, but the metaphor I use is as follows

Atheism is the irresistable force, theism is the immovable object.

I have a question for you, why believe in a god that has literally no evidence whatsoever ever ever, over a theory that does?

Because I was born into it.

Also, you didn't answer my question, so I'll ask again :P

What came before the Universe, And if the Big Bang was how the Universe got rolling and became what it is now. What was before it?

This is going to go nowhere.

The way I see it is, If people want to have a false sense of security in God, let them.

And if people believe that everything in this world and universe is a MAJOR coincidence, let them.

Like I said, theist-athiest debates get nowhere but people getting pissed off. Like you said.

Atheism is the irresistable force, theism is the immovable object.

All that has to be done is objective evidence be provided and the theists will have pretty much defeated atheism. Of course at the same time they defeat faith.

What came before the Universe, And if the Big Bang was how the Universe got rolling and became what it is now. What was before it?

technically there was no before as this is a measurement of time and since time and space are essentially one, no universe = no space = no time = no before.

The way I see it is, If people want to have a false sense of security in God, let them.

Should we also let those beliefs influence laws that the rest of us have to live by? Or try and shoehorn them into public schools? Should we let them try and suppress the advancement of science and medicine because of and in favor of those beliefs? If it was just people believing and keeping those beliefs to themselves there wouldn't such an issue with it.

I never said anything about that.

Or try and shoehorn them into public schools?

I don't think we should force christianity into public schools. But I do think going to church should be an integral part of growing up, atleast through elementary school. Not because I want to enforce God upon anybody, but because what they teach in church (at least the one I went to) are good life lessons. And molded my moral beliefs as they are now. by the time they reach the teenage years they should be let go to believe what they want.

You would think parents are more than suitable for teaching their own children such lessons--churches t'would be unnecessary.
