Firefox by far. And not only because of the good appearance, it's also for the speed and personalization. Also, you can find many good add-ons and plug-ins, for example NoScript or WOT. (No, this is not advertising!) Plus, Firefox is one of the safest browsers around.#
Currently I'm stuck at version 4. I've tried to download the newer versions, but it seems like I suck at those things. *insert nasty word here*

There are also a few extensions that make Firefox faster, such as Fasterfox Lite and Memory Fox. Cool thing about Memory Fox is that it speeds up everything on your computer if you set it to do so. At least I think so, it has the option to "activate browser only" and "active all processes".
To those who like Chrome: Have any of you tried Chromium? It's the open source version of Chrome and it's supposedly faster, safer, and all around better. I don't notice much of a difference aside from it being a bit faster.
I prefer google chrome over IE and Firefox. You probably can just look up on google the amount of IE and FireFox users are switching to Chrome each month to know why its better.
I prefer Google Chrome since it has fun apps and extensions. I will occasionally use IE 9 since it really improved a lot, but I still find Chrome easier to use.
chrome is the best browser! it's stable not as IE and firefox that crashes if u do one thing wrong in the **** setup, so chrome is the browser for me ;D
A big reason why I dislike Chrome is because they track your information and use it for whatever. While on Firefox you have privacy options and they don't track you nor do they use your information for anything. So if you like privacy then don't use Chrome very often. A great alternative to Chrome is Chromium which is the open source version of Chrome; it's a bit faster and safer. If you're using an older computer or something that is just terrible then Firefox may not work well. Which is why Chrome or Opera are best for those.
I don't understand why people would use Internet Explorer. They may be newcomers to the Internet/world of web browsers or just don't care enough to give up a minute to download and install a better one. IE has many security holes and is fairly easy to get infected if you do one little thing wrong. It's rather slow as well. Of course, that may not be to others, but if you try a browser like Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, or Opera then I'm 90% sure they'll switch.
Opera's decent. At least it's better than Internet Explorer in terms of security and speed. It's actually really fast and probably faster than Firefox and Chrome. However, it lacks many extensions I use on Firefox, so I don't use it often.
Firefox is my main browser for a few reasons: Many extensions that allow you to customize web pages, allow for extra security, and some even make it faster. I also like that it doesn't track your information and sends it to a server. Nearly everything is customizable which all the others lack. Yes, you can move around a few things on the others, but that doesn't match the customization of Firefox.
So how I rank the top browsers would be: Firefox, Chromium, Opera, then Google Chrome. IE doesn't deserve to be on a list due to how terrible it is overall, honestly.
