Hello. While I was exploring AG-based Xats, I've met several unactive/banned/"old-school" AG Users. Most of them said that, one of the main reasons to their inactivity here is that the site was better before.

Is that true?

How better? They say that the threads had more quality back in time.

Well, I can't tell if it was. I joined June 26th, so that's not too much knowledge on our awesome site...

I remember you saying that you would never become a mod.

Considering I was actually turned down as a candidate a year before I was made mod, it seemed like a fair statement.

And, just to remind people, Kong is not part of the nostalgia of AG.

Ah well I didn't consider the phrasing. Being anti-Kong, or treating Kong as rivals was part of the AG forums.

Meh, I like using both sites. They both have things I like and the forums over there aren't too bad, it's just difficult to have discussions most of the time unless you visit their Serious Discussion forum, then you can argue all you want.

That's also likely. I can't explain why it's likely, because I don't know, but at this point I've just stopped questioning it.

I can't think of anything besides that or it's just another forum glitch.
