I don't think any country should have any nukes. The only nukes should be hold by the scientific community for science purposes only.

Iran doesn't have nukes though, an they aren't even working on them. I think this is made pretty obvious by looking at their military expenditures, which are a distant 25th in the world. So this topic is pretty much irrelevant.
