I want all of you to post your thoughts of bullying, and get all of your pains of being bullied out right here. It is time that these forums actually do something good. Getting all of it out actually helps, a lot. I myself am bullied, and i know that it is not fun. Get it out here, we're all ears, and at this time, it is important to be in good spirits. Who knows, this thread could change somebody's life. If you can post anything, i would be grateful for your time.

Same happens here really bro -- except we all can pick two additional subjects and it works a bit like this:
If not enough people don't pick a subject it won't run.
If too many people pick a subject then the subject teachers choose who they take -- I'm pretty sure at this point I could've gotten into any of the subjects I'd have wanted to, which would include History and Geography -- but sadly I couldn't take them since I was taking I.T and Additional Science.

in my group we picked 4 subjects in 10th (i think) grade and the picked 2 out of those on 11th grade (although they changed it and now you pick 2 subjects and one of those).

yes, the subject that not enough people pick wont run. but our school doesnt have the problem of too many students picking the same... well only 2 classes could pick subjects. and one class was a combination of those who can pick and another group so its as if 45 students have to pick classes. and since there were many classes to pick its almost guranteed this wont happen... LUCKILY. because on 10th grade i had the worst biology teacher that would end every sentence with a question mark and got a 60 (out of 100) in the end of the year (even though i always used to get 95-100). i almost gave up biology because i thought im bad at it but then psychology didnt run so i took biology instead and im very gladd i did.

That said, there is supposed to be a Business Enterprise going on this year -- takes about 3 hours and it's every Wednesday, I'm told it's for the high-aspiring guys and it's pretty darn hardcore.
I didn't get in this year since it was too late but I was told I'm nearly guaranteed a spot for the next year... very happy about that

that great. good for you.

we have a special english class (the only school in the world i think that has it) in which you HAVE to get 90-100 to stay there. if you manage to stay in that class you finish studying english on 11th grade, take the final tests with the 12th graders and you dont have to study english in university either. we were more then 30 students but in the end only 7 finished XD. we were really only 7 students in class.

You're very lucky. I always get the burning end of the stick when it comes to bullying. Also, the guy who said, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me," obviously didn't hear my bullies. I'm this close to punching them and telling the teacher they threatened me with a knife. That way they wouldn't bother me anymore.

yes i WAS lucky. i guess when people got to know me they got more mature. and at least in my paralel classes i dont think there were cases of bullying (high school years). it was more something that only happened in elementary. of course ive been literaly hurt as well. sometimes it can be worse because you cant prove it and if you do say something about it people will treat you as weaker because your just crying over words. i really understand how horibble it can be.

He sounds genuinely intelligent -- he didn't condone an aggressive action you did because of a trivial matter that accounts for very little. At this point though there isn't a lot of detail on what actually happened... so... :/

Yeah, I don't know what they expect when they twist my arm to the point where it's pretty much broken, but I can use it perfectly. Then they pick on you more.

i bet they didn't agree to be locked up. there had to be some force.

That shop belonged to some one they knew, they unlocked it and went in for some thin. All we did was that we shut the shutters and shoved tree branches in lock hooks.

Lets do a test,
Go outside and tell some one that you are gonna do some nasty things with his sis.
And observe the reaction.

some places in the east it's also cultural normal to stone innocent people to death. or cutting of hands for stealing food.

i find it just immoral, aggresive and plain violence.

there are for fact atleast 3 african tribes that are cannabalistic. you find that normal aswell?

umm... nice respond? all your missing is to actually NOT quote him...

and yes. many people would probably hit someone whod say that. but those people are people who only listen to their muscles and not logic. you cant blame your culture and then wonder why people are against it (as we explained before in another thread). humanity comes before culture.

so in your case i will quote you and just change it alittle bit: "its about humanity. you wouldnt understand"

This reminded me of a joke:-
Someone asked changaze khan if he ever had mercy on someone.
Changaze said " yes, once I felt pity for a mother whose child was drowning."
"So what did you do?&quoterson asked.
"Ahh I just impaled the child with my spear and gave him to his mother."
Humanity values change from culture to culture.

If that's a joke, I would consider it tasteless and disgusting, just as the person who repeats it.

I am outraged that you claim people in the East utilize violence, or are okay with it. I'm an Asian, and from what I observe in China and Singapore, having lived in both, violence is not condoned. Please do not make assumptions.

Dude that was about Changaize khan leader of mongols who ruined half the world until got beaten by egyptians.
I know its a bad joke but it goes with his personality.
BTW why you always have to act like "Im 14 and angry with every one"
My apologies if it gives an impression of rice eating nations(I dont know what else to call them, they are called so around here) being cruel.

Correction. It was Hulagu who lost to the Egyptians.

And how do you get the perception that I act immaturely? As far as I know, my posts have been mostly objective, and the only times I got angry were when you threw out generalizations. As far as I know, my ''anger'' has only been directed towards 2 users, namely because they can't provide proper arguments and evidence.
