Swords & Souls: Neverseen coming to Steam July the 22nd!

Originally released for the web in 2015, the original Swords & Souls game by indie duo Soul Game Studio was a massive hit, amassing millions of players worldwide across portals like Armor Games and Kongregate. Earlier this year, the standalone follow-up, Swords & Souls: Neverseen launched exclusively on Kartridge, and now it’s coming to other PC platforms.

Launching on July 22nd, Swords & Souls: Neverseen is a singleplayer story-light RPG that keeps the mechanics and gameplay fans love, while polishing and expanding upon them to deliver a much bigger game with many more surprises. This Steam release also features an online leaderboard for high scores, a post-game endless mode, and includes localization into Simplified Chinese, Russian, German, Spanish, and French. The previously launched Kartridge version will be updated to include the new features it supports!

As the game opens, players find themselves shipwrecked on a mysterious island, only to quickly be swept up in a conflict between the eccentric locals and a powerful witch. They’ll need to fight, train, fight, and train some more to battle their way across the island, using the game’s unique stat-boosting mini-games to hone their abilities for battle. Along the way, they can hire mercenaries, fill out and invest in a museum, build a house to improve their leveling, and more. Swords & Souls: Neverseen aims to be a lighthearted, fun and humorous experience for players who love fighting, character improvement, and toppling seemingly impossible challenges.

Soul Game Studio is a two-man development team based in France. Swords & Souls: Neverseen is their first premium title. We are incredibly proud to have been part of their journey, and we hope you enjoy playing the game.
