The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

@ everyone else: As per the rules, you could have legitimately ignored that one. While the rules state not to post without number, it also states that "Posts with no numbers should be ignored" and "Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored". Just refer to that if it happens again.

@Ghostloganmartin Don't do that again please. Not only do you exclude yourself from the current count and thereby lose the chance to get the quest, you also spoil the count for everyone else. This is a team effort, and you're showing off poor sportsmanship. So either you participate for reals, or you stop interfering. If you ruin the count again, there will be consequences.

4. If he literally didn't just admit that he purposely ruined the count just to be a jerk, then I would have directed them to the rules. I'm glad that we weren't far into the count though, but it's still not cool to do that stuff. @Bender124, it isn't fine. By purposely ruining the count just to be a troll, he's ruining the fun for everyone else and therefore needs to learn there will be consequences for his actions. Now changing the subject, thank the Lord that we have Zoom. I had a 8:30 morning math class and not only did I need to care take of an emergency (don't worry, everything's fine, but it's very personal to talk about) really quick, not to mention my hair was an utter mess and I literally had class in 10 minutes so I opted for the Zoom meeting with my web cam off. Now I'm slightly jealous of the guys for two reasons, with one of them being that nobody cares if your hair is a mess. In fact, I think it's kind of hot when I see a guy with messy, just-got-out-of-bed hair. For us girls, it's not that simple. We can pull cute, messy hair off but not always. Double standards stink. However, when there's an upside, there's also a downside. For Zoom meetings, at least for me, it's harder to pay attention, and with my ADD, it's worse. I have medication for it (it's a controlled form of meth, so I sometimes like to joke around that I'm a meth head though I don't experience any "high" from it), but even then, I really dislike math so it's still hard with medication.

6. Well, it is possible, we've done it 45 times in total (but only once in 2020)

Also, I'm getting close to 2^14 (16,384) posts... the next power of 2 would only happen at 32,768 posts, so I think 2^14 might be my last power of 2 here

Oh, and yeah, paying attention to online classes is harder for me as well

8. Ah, I remember getting an achievement for just playing a game on this website almost exactly one year ago. (I looked at my quests and it said I completed it on Sept. 19th, 2019, while right now - at least for me - it's Sept. 18th, 2020.) Also, I just now realize that in 5 days, I will be 22 years old.

13. Yeah, the ranking is weird. It has to be a bug, which will hopefully be fixed soon. Also, thank you for the birthday wishes, guys! My Dad and little sister (aka @KittyAlana) texted me birthday wishes this morning. (I also sent a text to Alana quoting a certain Taylor Swift song.) My best friend's been teasing me all week about this birthday surprise she has for me...and that she's been secretly dating my brother again. (My Mom's going to freak out when she finds out.) Oh, and a happy belated birthday to you, Hunter! How old are you now, if you don't mind me asking?
