umm i lost my speech but i remember some of it Handguns may be outlawed in most states but, that doesnât mean criminals canât get them. washington dc 2 other states have the highest crime rate because they did outrageous laws against guns its proven that states without gun laws have less crime annd... there has never been a licensedgun used in crime
See? It's just like I said. If everyone were liscenced to carry guns and did, then people would be scared to attempt crime, or at least alot more strategic. I think that this way is much better than the other extreme where no weapons are allowed.
