It's 7: Dux (common to both), Roald, Felicity, Amber, and the other three (useless) additions to your party at the end of Sonny.

Pseudo-EDIT: I think I misunderstood the question. You can have only 5 others in the party at any given time, but you have a total of 7 different team members over the two games, unless you count the Paladin, who is technically on your team for one battle near the end of Z3.
