Wrong. It is a reference to the Royal Courier suit from Zone 4, not the Gunslinger's suit. Check the colour shade, it should match those of the Royal Courier.

Q:Give all the refernces of all the weapons from Zone 3 and the suits from Zone 7 (includes those that can be bought at the shop).
