The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

3. @Moegreche Hahaha xD well, maybe not all psychopaths are brillant.

Anyway, it was written in a manner of speculation and consultation. The rest is my assumption. Even if dude was RPing all along, it showed some dark instincts and that forum was helping to cultivates them. On the other hand, I visited that forum out of curiosity, then decided I should stay with fiction (and even there an army of spared NPCs could populate a city). I think that's normal that extreme things intrigue us. I don't know where starts the flaw and crossing the border of normality. In my case I can't even imagine doing the worst sorts of crimes but one of my buddies, that I think is (quite) normal, told me he does and is sorta intrigued how would it feel in RL.

5. I saw an old max games vs armor games thread and I decided to search AG up on google trends. Look.

It's waaay less popular than when I came in (And I came here during the peak, it seems.)
It's also really popular in the Balkans. Croatia is the most interested according to google. It's weird 'cause AFAIK BalkanRenegades and I are the only ones from Balkan here.

6. It's just the popularity of this one tag. Interesting that they vary regionally and in a big extent. Look for Website Traffic to see statistics. alexa.com

7. Yeah, I know. Still, Alexa only seems to show last month, so trends is the next best thing

9. I didn't know that site. Does it have quests? From American flash sites I only know the big trio.

10. I'm pretty sure you played Siegius. It should show the logo before the game starts. AFAIK, Max games is a site like Kizi or friv (Which are popular in my country, but I'm not sure about the world.) Which you just have a big bunch of games which you can play. It's simple. I like it. Not as much as AG, though.

11. I didn't play Siegius but it looks cool. Ima checkirout.
Armor Games is the best. Kongregate has more achievements but it doesn't feel any near the same when getting them. AG quests are like precious and beautiful trophies. And the sound of swords... music to my ears xD

13.

The sound of typing numbers is music to your ears?
Or counting numbers is music to your eyes?
I dunno, just taking shots in the dark here.

15. Other sorts of art are reserved for eyes. For them music is just objects in motion. Even nerve receptors are better to receive music thanks to their ability to sense vibrations. Mr. Obvious strikes again.

16. Listening music with eyes? Is it like tasting with your eyes. Mmm, Beethoven's sixth symphony. looks delicious.

Wait a minute. Isn't that just reading sheet music? And while you're reading it, singing it in your head?

17. What would be music to your nostrils, then?

19. Mmm... A symphony of yummy smells!
@sciller45 It's rustling a music sheet. When you're singing in your head you're replaying recordings stored on your drive.

20. No you're not. You're playing recording stored on the sheet music. If you already listened to the music, then it's probably replaying recordings stored in your drive.

But the smell of music. Well, guess it depends on the person, but if I had to...

Rock music would smell like chlorine. It's really sharp and reminds me of childhood.
Modern pop music smells like generic milk chocolate. All of it is too similar and the cocoa cream is mostly made by the same dude. In music's case, by the same two dudes. Seriously. Look it up. It's not that I can't enjoy milk chocolate, but I rather wouldn't
I'm just gonna lump everything from Baroque to Romanticism as classical. It's like very dark chocolate. I didn't really like it at first, but now I can't get enough. Well, I mean, smell and taste are way too connected to talk about one without talking about the other.
Jazz and swing smell like flowers. Flowers with happy little faces and smiles all drawn in Jimp's style

And traditional pop...

Traditional pop smells like nuclear fallout.

22. @sciller45 like what? You're playing with an instrument or recall its sound. Notes and chords are stored in your memory and replayed when you read any kind of written music. Rustling of paper and similar will be the only kind of music played with a music sheet until people invent a way of transferring thoughts into sound.

Hmm... how does reggae smell?

23. Hm. Thoughts into sound? It sounds almost like words. Kaboosh. Mind = Blown :P
Applying that logic to computers, it'd be like saying MIDI files are played with mp3s of the song, when it's actually only with recordings of the instruments. (If I get your point correctly) Yeah, sure, you have to hear them first, but the song is only in your head.

Wow, people are interested in what I think music smells like? OK.
Metal smells like gasoline and engine fumes with a tinge of smoke. And bacon. Lots of bacon.
Country would smell like fresh air and fields of wheat. Not sure if yall city folk ever smelled fields of wheat. Yee haw! Also maybe tinge of manure.

And Raggae would probably smell like pot if you ever smelt it, buut if not, light cigarette smoke to me or regular cigarette smoke if it doesn't murder your lungs like mine.
