Some of you may remember the Forumnauts and the Quest for the Holy Grail. No, the grail was not found. This is thread follows in that style of that thread.
Along with the story will be puzzles to be solved. As the Puzzlesmaster, I am the only user with the correct solutions to the puzzles. Also, I will not be giving any hints or clues directly. In the event that a puzzle is unsolved for too long, clues will be provided in the subsequent story updates with the aid of an NPC. He will aid in plot and clue-giving if necessary. The Knights may also be participating, but they do not have clue-giving.
There are no secret words this round. Well, there are secret words, but not secret words to be posted to the secret thread. Credit will go to the first person who solves each puzzle. There may be multiple puzzles and secrets in each puzzle released.
Puzzles released will be infrequent. Please wait patiently between puzzles.

Perhaps the answer is to shift all letters by 13. I figured out the best shift by shifting the first word until I got a word that made sense (it took 13 shifts to get HELLO). Below is how the letters change:

Here's the translated message using a +13 shift:

Additional:
1) We should figure out who this "Maxwell" is and why Gantic posted a letter written by him as the first puzzle.
2) There were a few errors, but I corrected them in the translation since my solution appears to be correct.
3) One possible error remains uncorrected, and that is DALL.
I did the same thing as blk, (Cesarian Cipher 13 shift) but noticed many typos. "That can't be right!" I thought. "Gantic wouldn't do that...unless he had a reason...."
If you right down the letters that should go where the errors are you are left with bewarethetideofiironmoon or beware the tide of iron moon

Except, Gantic is a rabbit, not a bunny, as blk said. I've also seen the LONG LIVE GANTIC message three times; in the count, here, and in the story. I'm not sure if that means anything, though.
