Well Amendment #3 would say that burning a flag is not treason.
Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
Who cares if a country is bad or not, that is a whole different discussion. Bottom line is, burning a flag of a country is disrespectful, rude, and tells others that your think the country is not as good as yours in some way. A bad country is still a bad country. Correct the bad country, but don't disrespect it, it won't help.

So running around and screaming about how you hate your country and why it sucks when compared to ______ and making a sign that said the same would be just as bad as burning a flag? Because people do that all the time.
Being able to dissent against your country and its government is allowed under our bill of rights, the beginning of the constitution. Couldn't burning a flag be compared to freedom of speech? Therefore constitutional?
Okay, im gonna turn in for the night, but for those of you who are Pro-burning:
How would you feel, if you walked down the street one day, and lo and behold, a crowd cheered as your countries flag was set alight and waved. Isn't that a little extreme?

Sure it wouldn't feel so well. I am just supporting that it is unconstitutional. I have my set of arguments against the first amendment, you know.
Its hard to say whether I would actually I would support freedom of speech in that way...
Burn the flag? It has happened before, but not often... I don't know about it, because I don't usually watch the news. But I do believe it is unconstitutional.
