First off, I want to tell everyone that I do not mean this offensively. It's just a suggestion. I hope to NOT get a lot of negative feedback.

Okay, to the mods and admins: For some reason, you guys are different from us average users(Please don't list them by power). Fine, but there are some things that you could improve on:

You're voice. I'm not saying that you're dull and boring. I'm saying that the only person that has a childish posting style is Zophia. The rest of you, you just write normal posts that explain what you want to say and is straight to the point. But that's kind of well... a bit boring(please don' tell me of my controversial statements. I know! But my vocabulary is very low at the end of the day).

I'm not asking the current mods to change their life style.

My suggestion is, that the next mod(who will probably turn up in the next year or so(hopefully)) should be someone who is popular among the members because they are a good site member while also colorful and exciting.

This post may be a bit too far into the future thing, but I believe it could really help out.

But it's teh Modcasm! What could possibly be wrong with it??? ^^

because they are a good site member while also colorful and exciting.

Glad you added this, otherwise I'm not sure that'd be a good idea. However colourful and EXCITING may not always come in the Mod Package, you know, just like you get funny teachers who are horrible at actually teaching you but then you get boring and monotone teachers yet you actually can pass the class!
Just so you know, so you won't be utterly disappointed if they come out with the most boring person ever as the new Mod =O
I'm not asking the current mods to change their life style.

Yeah asking anyone to do that is like asking a rock to grow up into a tree >_> 'But I don't wanna grow up!' it'll say.

So in the end, out of pure curiosity because this thread doesn't even apply to me in any way, are you saying 'overall' or something, because I know when I walk into a debate thread Mod posts are fairly boring since they're arguing in a civilized fashion, yet I know they can have...interesting, moments, all of em that I see around, at least, but that's kinda the point right? ^~^

So your asking the mods should allow for more excitement and fun? I like that.

But it seems it's a bit far-fetched, seeing as they have a job to do and don't go online and stay online that often.

When is your birthday? I'm going to buy you a Bounce House, the really, really, big kind.

We should buy all the Mods Silly Putty, that's fun.

Fun posting styles just go with the personalities of the mods. Some of them are fun, like Carlie and
Zophia (must be the female genes [no slappies, please]), while others just do their job, explaining what they think, and execute what they do, like locking and moving.

Then you have some people that are serious one moment and are completely childish the second they vent their anger >

But yes, that's basically one of the requirements or preferred things we look for in a mod. We want
those that actually enjoy being here interacting with other members, while in part, doing their
jobs with a smiling face. THAT is why everyone wuvs Zophia <3

That's their job. If they said too many elaborate things to newer users who require help, the newer users would probably feel overwhelmed by the long posts.

You missed it. And silly-putty, let's stick with playdoh.

Um, yeah, people are different, at least it's better here than newgrounds.

Like me, but I guess we're talking about mods.

It's sort of hard to do.
How do you explain to someone that you need to lock their thread for reasons they won't understand? ^.^

That's their job. If they said too many elaborate things to newer users who require help, the newer users would probably feel overwhelmed by the long posts.

Actually, mod posts are quite long, even though they get straight to the point. But yeah, it sets an example to new users.

Hoover Dam >_> And Playdough leaves a funny smell on your fingahs after you play with it though.

I think Asherlee fit this bit in a way.

Not always, they can be pretty teeny sometimes, can hardly see them sometimes!

Well, compared to other moderators the statement is quite true.

well I for one think that raptorexx fits what ultimate power said =) fun and exciteing. but yea i agree with this i would like to see the next mod be a more energetic type of person. that will be something that the mods or adimins (dont know who chooses the mods(i just want to make a double perenthesi thing so i bet the mods all choose it together)) should look for in the next mod.

Well let's see here:

Teh, nomz, <3, ^_^, ^^, and a bunch of other things that no one really posts about XD

This is why we think Zoph is... interesting, but that's why we like her, because we know that
every time she posts, it's at least something more interesting than anything else! If we had
more optimistic, cheerful, spirited mods like her, then more and more of the members will come
to like them. I mean the newcomers, of course the senior members will like them, since they
know them pretty well, just that the newcomers come here like cautious little cats who
explore their new home before finally accepting it.

More and more of you guys are a little too...stern, strict, and monotonous. Lighten up a bit!
Don't get mad at repeated threads, just explain the situation and move on, which most of you forget.

Am I rambling again? Oh dear...

Firefox?
Huh? What are we talking about right now?

Anyways, I've seen quite a few short posts by Zophia, like once she went like "No" in a topic, and only that word in a post. Short, and straight to the point. Sweet.

Strop can get, interesting, and funny, too, of course those are the only two I really see. Carlie too, but we all already know that =P

Kitties!!!

Do you want my Anti-Ramble'ing Fish? It slaps you in the face any time you start rambling, helps a lot!
Huh? What are we talking about right now?

'Fyrefox' is a user, so he must think that they should be a Mod. At least that's what I think he means o_O

What I can't stand is how eveyone sucks up to the mods and treated them like they are royalty. I guess they are Armor Games royalty, becasue they run the site, but I still don't think that they should get any special treatment. I personally don't care that they are mods I treat them the way I would others. Just because they can punish you, that doesn't mean you need to suck up to them all of the time.
