it does have a vaccine O_o H1N1 refers to the receptors of the cells, it uses H-something receptors to get in the cell and duplicate. It then uses the R-something receptors to escape the cell(either through the membrane or from lysis--rupturing of the cell). The vaccine inhibits, or blocks the R-receptors of the cell, preventing the virus from escaping, until the immune system 'takes care of it'.
actually the H1N1 virus, merely weakens the immune system like the HIV virus, and most cases people die from secondary infections from other pathogens. They are also WORKING on a vaccine right now, it is not out yet for this strain of Influenza.
What they are currently using is Relenza, which is zanamivir, a neuraminidase inhibitor (the N1)and as I explained in my previous post it blocks the receptors.

vaccines don't prevent the flu, they help combat it. Vaccines are typically a concentrated amount of antibodies that combat its particular antigen. Of course there are other types of vaccines. But they don;t act as a protective buffer against pathogens, they just help your immune response.
i myself might have swine flu yesterday i started feeling really bad so i checked the computer for the symptoms and of like the 8 that were there i had 6.
Sometimes you never know, I suggest you go have it checked out, even if you just have the regular flu, it is still good to goto the doctor and prescribe some symptom repressants.
The government and media is blowing it out of proportion and making it sound worse than it is. All it is is just a new seasonal flu, but since it is new it is getting attention thus making it sound dangerous. Millions of people get regular flu every year. over 4,000 people have died from regular flu in America this year. Last year in the world 36,000 people died. Swine flu is in it's second month and it is not even close to those numbers, even if it stays for another 10 months, the rate that deaths are occurring from it would still not even amount to close to 36,000. People just need to stop worrying.
Just exercise, eat right, stay healthy, and if you feel sick, stay home and go to the doctor.
...it seems to be following the same pattern that the Spanish Flu did...and cases are popping up EVERYWHERE. the only comforting factor is the low death rate.
Yesterday there are only 3 people got infected but now its 45 this virus is getting more worse,No cure could penetrate this virus,I dont know how much longer we could sustain and Evade this virus,I heard rumors that if you wear a gas mask you wont get infected
