For many years the neighbors to the south have faced political turmoil and corruption, with drug wars spilling into the streets of major cities.
Poor, uneducated mexicans and their families cross the border from an unauthorized zone. They will climb mountains, cross rivers, and run from the authorities to make it into the US.
Of course, once they're in they have no money or job. So what do they do? They move into poor communities. They get menial jobs, ones that college students attempt to get. They force teenagers looking for work to quit as they accept lower wages.
Many times, illegals will rape, murder, steal and trade drugs in utter disregard for the rule of the law. They put their undisciplined children into our schools, where they will cause trouble as they have zero interest to learn.
Whose going to take care of them when a crime happens? When they go to jail? When they go to court? When they are hurt? Who pays for their attorneys, their medical bills or their protection when they will break the law at will?
We, the American citizens do. In many states, they get full benefits of citizenship without the extra responsibilities and without paperwork calling them a citizen.
I pay my taxes, I vote, I work hard to put food on the table and keep a roof over my head. Why should my job be stolen from someone who illegally entered this country? Why should my hard-earned money be given to someone who breaks the law?
The constitution says we must guarantee the rights of citizens, not illegals.
The point of people coming in and taking jobs, or causing trouble is besides the point. Would you want people to randomly walk into your house and grab some food out of your fridge and eat while watching your tv? You don't even know these people, and they were uninvited. Everyone should follow the process of being invited into the country, getting a visa, and applying for citizenship if they choose to stay. We need to be able to accurately control who is coming in to the country. If we can do this, we can limit the amount of criminals, and decrease the overall immigration so that there is a balance between the supply and demand of jobs.
People don't hate immigrants, they get frustrated about how they seem to be taking over. I enjoy the different cultures that people bring, but when there becomes a larger saturation, the original inhabitants get on the offense, the immigrants close up and become reluctant to assimilate, and there a barrier forms. If immigration was controlled in smaller amounts, people would assimilate into American culture more quickly.
The Us don't have a big problem with immigrations. We (Europe) have, cause are laws are very tough with hem and we don't want them and we make many crimes against them. Soon they will start making riots (and they will be right) cause the children can't even go to school, if the police finds them they send them back to their country. So we will have a new generation of angry and uneducated immigrants and that's only because of our actions.
I have nothing against mexican people but it annoys me when they come take people`s jobs and the other people get a foreclosure on their house and have to lose their house so I think they should make a lake along the border between the states and mexico and put electric wires in that is enough to stun but not to kill

Yes. But they are still talking about the Mexicans that do have visa's.
well i kinda think it was your own fault you guys got lazy decided to hire some people who would work for less and basically this is what you get for it if you guys want cheap labor you're going to have to make some sacrifices
Why we dont just take over Mexico is unknown to me. I mean really, could the UN stop us even if they intervened?
YES.
Because then the other 1/3 of the world that likes you won't like you anymore. And when you are a country that is recklessly ignoring the wishes of other countries and increasing your territory through invasion of nearby countries, people won't like you. They didn't like Germany when they tried it...

We could of a while back during the mexican war, but instead we just took a lot of their land, so yeah. Although i think we should of taken it all
Yup. I am jealous That is the typical nationalist assumption of an American. Well, they must just be jealous of how awesome we are. Hey, lets go to war and take them over, then we can improve them by giving them democracy!

The problem with us Americans is that we beat up other countries (or try too) and then afterwards we give them a government band-aid. Good sometimes, bad others.
