We really need explicit labeling on games that have vulgar language, and extreme gore.

I was letting my nephew play on the site wo is 6 by the way when he spotted game named Oozing Forever. Seems like a fun game huh? Innocent and a great game for a child.

When the opening comes up it says Sh*t and other vulgar words. When I saw those I immediatley turned the screen off because he was trying to read it. It just came to mind that we need these labels on our games so we know what we are getting ourselves into when it comes to the content of the games.

Why are their vulgar words in games without warning when here on the forums we can't say words like that? It makes no sense but all I'm asking for is warning labels on the game like they do in the back of video games with the reason for the label.

Those games aren't many and the majority says something like "there is vilence and vulgar language", but yes it's a good idea that all these games having labels.

JB, This site pg13 and up, so it is not on AG's hands who plays the games. It is made clear, that 13 is the age limit. Now whether someone lies about their age or not to join, that's their problem. You should know from being an active member that the label already there. To be prepared for things that may be vulgar. There is not need for AG to add warnings to their games due to your imbecility.

There are good points to your idea. Though it is already understood that most content in this site is PG13. Legally you must be at least 13 years old to access this site, unless you have parental permission (correct me if I'm wrong). So people should already know that this site contains such material. This is a good idea though.

the problem is that this site is intended for ages 13+ and it is explained in the terms and conditions

so these aren't horribly vulgar or gore (not counting dark cut :P) and you're expected to be mature enough to handle them

That's pretty much correct.

I do have something to say about this. Some people probably miss the Terms and Conditions since, they are not prominently displayed upon entry.

Where are they? I've never seen them.

And what if I AM playing and there are people in the room who are younger so to speak and I don't want to play anything that would intend such language and violence? How would I know what and what NOT to play?

These labels should be a necessity for everyone and should be accounted for all players of the games on this site.

We need to know what the games offer you either way i your 13 or not.

My question was not answered. I'm asking where are the labels that tell you that the game has Violence, Blood, Language?

Cholo said that te games have labels, yet I don't see any.

Well, some games in this site, have a bit of vulgar language and gore.

The last stand, dark cut, bunny invasion Easter special are a few examples.

Although I agree with the " this s a pg13 site" I don't think it would cause much problems if all games had a simple warning.

Why not implement this option?

Some games are self-labeled by their creators.

Violence, Blood, Language?

Ah.. Those kind of labels? Like the ones on Newgrounds?

Might as well, ask one of the staff members about this. I personally don't see why this shouldn't be implemented.

Lol.

Just a little icon. With a small description.
Or next to the game's preloader. It wouldn't cause much trouble.

Thanks, hopefully one will see my thread or something cause most are offline now. I just want this to come to mind because you think your going to play a game that's really innocent then you hear garbage. I just want labels.

Some... not all, and I'm not imagining the game developers labeling all of their games.
