What do you think about the problem of obesity in America? For me, I think it is so messed up how people keep eating and eating and eating without any form of exercise. I really don't like it when obese people say they want to diet, but then go to McDonalds and order a Large BigMac meal and a diet coke because they are on a diet . . .It just aggravates me how they feel like victims, when in fact they are the ones hurting themselves.

I'm the opposite, when I'm depressed or stressed I can't eat. Well stressed really. I don't get too depressed, but sometimes I do and it doesn't really affect my eating habits.
And I do exercise alot. My fingers! They are really strong. Lulz

stop whining about how bad it is to be fat. in 95% of all cases it is because someone eats more than he/she burns. so either eat less and better or put the keyboard or controller away and get out in the real world to do some sports. the best way is to combine both methods. and yes it will be hard and yes it will take long.

And yes, that's what she said. Anyway, I think the best method to solving obesity is exercise. Eating too much is also bad, but exercise uses the stored fat as energy, so just exercise as much as or more than you eat.

the more you eat over what your body needs the more exercise is needed. so assuming that the time used for exercise is limited, at a certain calorie intake it can happen that you exercise and still keep getting fat. and that is definetly contrproductive.
