I personally do think there will be. And as far as this "war on terrorism" goes it might lead to WW3. I want to know what you guys/girls know. And keep to the rules.
I'm sure that there will be a WW III. Currently The US is having a cold war with Russia/USSR. The US is having a war on terrorism. The US is having economic troubles mainly dealing with oil competition with China. Also, with all the nuclear bombs on this world we(humans) could destroy everything on the earth at least 2.7 times.Huge advances in computer/robot technology humans may not have to fight at all.
I don't think it will happen any time soon, but yes There will be a WW3 someday. When that day comes, I'm pretty sure that the technology advances will be so great, we will no how to fuse atoms to create bigger atom bombs, and we will have advances maby even sheilds to protect from the atom bombs, and the guns, different ammonution types shooting faster than machine guns, maby bullets that penetrate sheilds and rip through armor no problem, but eventually everything will fail, electronic failure from atom bombs going off in the atmosphere, and thats when they will drop the bombs and screw us all.
there is going to be a WW3. i mean just look at the middle east. the U.S and Jews are taking over many places there!!! they fist made Israel after WW2 since americans did not know where to put the Jews after the holocaust. After taking over Israel (or part of Palestine) Nations like Egypt and Syria went to war. since Israel wishing to take more of the Middle east and the U.S supporting them, the middle east leaders and countries will soon unite and try to take back their land. Also, Iraq will be fixed and once they do they will also unite!! what many people are looking at too is North Korea and China. They will soon have more population than the U.S and attack with their strong army. i got this from CNN. and im not kidding!!!! Scary isnt it!!!!

Yes there will be of course [please don't be soon I donn't wanna die] there could even be WW10 you will never and if there is I hope its in around 1000 years!
It depends on how you define World War III. Is it a war in which most nations are involved? Is it defined by nuclear war?
Some argue that the Cold War was World War III. Nearly every nation was affected by the Cold War in some way. Most nations had Communist or anti-Communist insurgencies, especially Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Even Western Europe had Communist insurgencies like the Red Army Faction in Germany. And tons of "roxy wars" as I call them were fought. Millions were killed in these conflicts.
Some say that the current War on Terror is World War III (or IV if you accept the above argument). Almost every nation is involved in Afghanistan or Iraq. Though the death toll is not even close to the first two World Wars or the Cold War, that does not negate the fact that almost every country is involved.
I think that there will definitely be a WW3, and it will probably be focused on getting resources like water and fuel. Also, Therre will always be battles between people because that's the way certain people think.
As long as there is envy and hatrad in the world there will always be war. I think we should bomb North Korea and let it be a union as one. Go South Koreans! :P
