Wii is really good for parties and general multiplayer, calm atmosphere. PS3 is good for PSN (Play Station Network) and has really good graphics. I haven't really played X-Box but i've been told that the Halo game series is pretty good and that the X-Box is good value for money. However, with the X-Box you have to pay for online 'Live'. Which, is a real turn off considering the amount of games that have recently come out which mainly focus on the Multiplayer side.
Overall, consider another vote for the good ol' PS3 submitted.
I'd have to vote for Wii, because I love it's games and the party fun atmosphere associated with them. Others are just awesome (Super Mario Galaxy and The Legend of Zelda). It's online is good, but the frieding services and online can be slow and arduous.
I tend to not like most of the PS games, but the graphics are pretty good. Not that graphics matter to me at all. However, its online is organized and efficient.
X-Box I have no experience with, so I can't comment on.
i have to go with ps3 because most of the stuff on there u don't have to pay for and on xbox u have to pay for like everything the xbox may have more games but ps3 has better games
