In the bible, the lord says nobody knows when the world will come to an end.And people who are saying this, stop scaring the cra* out of people and chrstians should know about this. And anyway,(sarcastically) Oh "big deal" the planets are going to allign! What does that have to do with anything?Thats not going to do anything
Things won't be fixable until the Sun's major activity stops, which could be a few hours, a few days, weeks, months, or even years.
but what about when people are posessed and you put a cross on their head? they freak out and everything. isn't that proof?
No, not at all. Some people just hate the idea, and will freak out over it. If someone puts a cross on my head, I'm going to freak out too, just not in that way, it'd be bad for them.
The bible says the time of Jesus will end, Many misunderstand this to mean the world will end, it won't the time of Jesus will meaning a new age of a personification of the star system based around the sun will happen.
2012 ending. If I am correct, most of you are starting on the premis of the Mayan Calendar, no?
{Against:} The Mayans are hundreds of years old, how could they predict the world ending? {For:} The Mayans (supposedly) predicted a huge desecration of life in the 1940-50's (WW2!) and have been reported as to have even have (possibly) predicted 9/11.
{Against:} The Mayan Calendar DOES NOT SAY the world will end in 2012. {For:} The Mayan Calendar Ends on 2012. {Against:} If the Mayans could predict the world ending, why didn't they write it down?
{Against:} If the Mayans could predict the world ending, why did they mysteriously disappear off the face of the Earth, even though their society was extremely advanced for their time? {For:} If their society was so extremely advanced, why don't we listen to them?
{Against:} Maybe the Mayans just decided one day to stop making calendars. Or they were killed off...
**NOTES** [**]There is not ONE single Mayan calendar, there have been multiple reported. [**]Keep in mind that the Mayans were genius's of their time when it comes to general survival. [**]... yet they misteriously dissapeared.
My conclusion: The world won't end. Baseing your entire assumption on this calendar is rather foolish, not only because it is extremely unlikely, but the calendar doesn't ACTUALLY say thw world will end, the calendar just runs out.
Oh, p-shaaaah! 2012, if you believe in it why dont you go get the full story from a Myan, Oh! wait! their dinky little civilization is extinct, how ere THEY supposed to predict the end of the world?
he predicted that king henry would die after a fatal wound in a joust. he predicted that the 2 great towers would fall igniting a war(9-11 for all of you idiots out there) and he predicted the end of the great war that has lasted for centuries.(the war between the jews and the muslums over Jerusalem.) He predicted a large quake that would shake the earth.(the 2004 tsunamis) What does all of that mean to you?
Yea i say its false because people only say that because the Mayan people or something around there stopped making dates on their calenders on december watever 2012. (sorry i forget the day.)
