Government Name: Democracry Resource Production: 3 Money, 3 Manpower, 3 Energy Special Ability: you take longer to do build buildings but not units (opposite of facists) but your energy, money, etc are produced 20% faster but influence is reduced by half because there are enemies everywhere

Other: It out ranges sniper, it fires a napalm shell that arcs through the sky. When the shell hits the ground a fire burns for about 10 seconds, constantly damaging any unit with in the fire's radius. Built from Barracks. Meant to counter sniper spam, or tp prevent your enemy from massing up an army.
