Welcome to create your own Colony...thing.
You can create governments, buildings, units, etc.

Use this format:

(Name of thing)

If it's a government:

Resources every 5 seconds: ? Money ? Manpower ? Energy
Bonus: (What it's better at than the other governments)

If it's a building:

Building type: (resource, defense, unit deployment, misc)
Resource gain: (example: 3 money per 6 seconds)
Tier: (1, 2 or 3)
Upgradeable into:

If it's a unit:

Health:
Armor type: (Chronite, titanium, infantry)
Damage:
Fire Type: (Machine gun, pulse, land splash, lasers, anti-air, etc)
Fire Rate: (How fast the unit fires)
Production Cost: (how much resources)
Production Time: (As quick as a marine, as slow as a black queen)

Unit Name: War Tank
Health: Abit higher than a Hover Tank
Armor type: Titanium
Damage: Flamethrower does damage equivalent to a Roman, both machine guns are equivalent to a Marine, Anti-Air Cannon does damage equal to Sakata MK, and the Saw does 1/2 the damage of a Marine.
Fire Type: 1 Huge Splash Flamethrower, 2 machineguns, 1 Anti-Air Pulse Cannon, and a Saw at the front of the Tank.
Fire Rate: Flame thrower is abit slower than a Gladiator, machineguns are equivalent to a Gladiator, Anti-Air Cannon is euivalent to Sakata Mk and Saw is continuious.
Production Cost: 100 M, 70 MP, 110 E
Production Time: Twice as slow as a Black Queen

Health: 2x hover tank
Armor type: Special (Missle resistant)
Fire Type: Equipped with 4 rapid fire machine guns, 2 anti-air cannons, and laser beam
Damage: Machine guns deal the same damage as groditz, anti air are 0.75x damage of Sakata MII, and laser beam deals 2x damage of hover tank over a length of time
Fire Rate: Machine guns fire at phantom speed, laser beam recharges at 1.5x speed of black queen missle, anti-air is equivalent to Sakaat MII
Production Cost: 100 of each (+ 50 influence)
Production Time: 2.5x Black queen

Resource Production: 3 Money, 3 Manpower, 3 Energy
Special Ability: you take longer to do build buildings but not units (opposite of facists) but your energy, money, etc are produced 20% faster
but influence is reduced by half because there are enemies everywhere

But my War Tank is already at the top of the Kill Chain, and if it had an upgrade, it'd be too overpowered.

Now it's not at the top of the kill chain.
And for the resource cost needed for my tank, I think it's not overpowered. It's just a tiebreaker.

I know this is a make 'everything' thread, but can we not add things like kittens...

Unit

Artillery Tank.
Health: Same as CT
Armor: Chronite
Damage: Very effective vs ifantry.
Fire type: Napalm Shells
Fire rate: Same as sniper.
Production Cost: $20 5M
Production Time: Same as CT

Other: It out ranges sniper, it fires a napalm shell that arcs through the sky. When the shell hits the ground a fire burns for about 10 seconds, constantly damaging any unit with in the fire's radius. Built from Barracks. Meant to counter sniper spam, or tp prevent your enemy from massing up an army.

production Time: 2x longer than chronite sniper

Other: It can shoot 2/3rds of the battlefield. Very low health
