this ones about weapons. list your favorite old age weapon like the katana or the broad sword or axe. something like that also include what type like germanic, viking broadsword stuff like that

mine is a japanese katana because of how samurai were trained to use them and the beauty that went along with it http://www.obamaskatana.com/media/img/katana.jpg

The only problem with Katanas is that if you would train someone to be as good as you say they (samurai) are, it would take years.

It is easier to give someone a weapon that everyone can use which you don't need a lot of training for. Then you have 2 pros and cons.

Cons:
1.Your army is way larger (and thus stronger) if you have some samurai and a lot of less trained people.
2.Lots of powerful people could turn against yourself and take over control.

Pros:
1.It is indeed a very powerful weapon.
2.The people who bear it and had years of intensive training are very disciplined and strong soldiers.

Mace! Maybe because I break too many things with the bungee cord and tennis ball on it. For those who don't know what mace I'm talking about heres a picture.

Ooh... That's a hard one...

I have three favorites. First, the zweihander.

German sword about as tall as a man? Yes please.
Second, the Khanda sword.

This weapon is meant for slashing. It's head is heavier, making momentum even deadlier.
Thirdly, crossbow. Crossbows are used even today because of their range and accuracy.

Longsword, great for shiskabobs and stabbing people from semi-far distances.

This weapon is meant for slashing. It's head is heavier, making momentum even deadlier.

You might also want to have a look at the greek kopis or the iberian falcata. Both were curved forwards and broader, making for a momentum almost like that of an axe.

Dual battleaxes are nice for their brutal force, but I prefer elegant, trimmed bows. They're very beautiful and so accurate and powerful.

I Like blunderbusses (Caribbean times) but for middle ages I like the sling, crossbow, longbow and Katana Samurai sword

The english longbow seems like the best bow there is, at least for distance shooting. Here's a video saying why.
