K if you dont understand what grownups do during some nights, you probably should turn back now... Just a warning =P

Alright so ive found that with a couple of my friends there seems to be a little bit of an arguement. Its about whether to wait or not wait to have sex with that special someone. Im just wondering wat the armorgames community has to think about this one...

Now personally i believe sex is sex. Its something to pass the time by, have fun, and i guess find out what the opposite sex likes and doesn't like, and finally be good at it, so that when i do find that special someone, ill be good at it... Practice makes perfect right??? (make sure to use a condem =P and practice safe sex XD)

Why abort when you could put the child up for adoption?

That is a valid question....

Also, if, and this is a big if here, two twelve year olds go at it and get pregnant they would be shuned from Americn society for being to young to have intercourse.
Quite frankely do not have any problem with them being shuned. 12 is way to young to have childrena nd still be able to support them.

Plus I know a kid whose mother was thirteen when she had sex. The kid now has ADHD, is very small for his age and has two brothers with the same problem.

Most of that was because one estrogin hyped up girl couldn't wait to show a guy all of her secrets.

Plus now she is divorced from that guy...

I think people should wait. One it will slow the pread of stds. Two people think they should do it because everyone else is doing it, there not. Three sex is two sided thing is society. Everyone frowns when kids do it. If a teen girl gets pregnent she is labled a slut. The guy is usually so stuiped that he cant even spell a child let alone raise one. What I am trying to say is wait till your mature enough to have sex and raise a child with that person. notice i didnt put an age. so people are never mature enough to have kids but it seems they alwas have the most of tem.

You will know when you are ready to have it.
It's not about your age.

I agree with you on the law of 17 years 11 months crap, that's pretty dumb. Federal regulations need some leeway.

As for 12 or 14, I'm sure Japan changed it for a reason!

Here in Germany 14-15 years is okay, 16-17 and 18+. I think that governments shouldn't put bans on it like alcohol or tobaco, cause that just makes people do it earlier, though starting at 14 is imo the best solution. Generally, you should know when you are ready to have sex, and it is a decision everyone must make for themselves.

People have always been shown to make bad decisions.

Why put the child up for adoption when you could abort?

I'm not sure what the premises of the quoted argument are. But since I assume most, if not all of you here have no first-hand experience with unplanned pregnancies, you may not appreciate that a lot can change in the course of a pregnancy.

Gee, I wonder how that guy who knocked up Palin's daughter is doing.

Christ. You make it sound like all men want out of a relationship is sex. I just want my ironing done.

Getting a girl pregnant will ruin your life especially if it's someone you really don't like. I've had a few condoms break and it really ruins your day. STDs are horrible too. I've had chlamydia twice and when you see some stuff oozing out of your penis, it really scares the hell out of you. Plus, you have to go to a doctor, tell them about it and then have them shove a swab in you penis. Did i mention STDs suck?

I'm the best case scenario. I've had sex quite a few times (not really bragging most of them were disgusting) and just by chance I've never gotten anybody pregnant and luckily all my STDs were curable.

You don't just get STDs, you have to go out there and earn 'em

Okay...that was erm...quite an experience! I laughed, but not because you were in pain, but because it was the most personal and random post I've seen on this thread yet.

I'm glad it made you laughed. Although, it wasn't suppose to be random. I just meant that if your gonna have sex know what your getting into and be prepared to deal with the sh*t i had to.

Especially HIV and Viral Hepatitis. And one in eight adults (in Australia) carry genital herpes regardless of whether they're symptomatic or not.

This goes beyond personal preferences. Unless you're sexually monogamous and know your partner has been screened and cleared of all STDs about six months after their last sexual contact, wear a condom. It's the only currently widely available contraceptive device that'll protect you from STDs.

And, even if it's only 85% effective against pregnancy, that's still higher than no protection at all.

Amen to that.

Funny you should mention STDs. The situation is now so bad in Britain the government pays you to get tested and cured. How awesome a message is that sending to our young people?
