If their truly was no Heaven nor Hell, then being dead would be the same feeling as before you were born, or even started to develope, wouldnt it?

It's not that nothing existed it's that we no longer have the ability to perceive it. You don't have the same properties dead that you had as alive. Think of it like used oil. when you first put oil in your car (alive) it works to protect and lubricate the various parts of your car. But if you took that same oil after it's been spent (dead) it will no longer have these properties to protects and lubricate.
Alive you have the properties to perceive the world dead you do not.
