Please no ridiculous or idiotic comments. And no hating on beliefs either.
My belief: Accept God is the only God and Jesus was your savior, the only way to Heaven, other choice an eternity with the Devil in Hell.

The afterlife is a lack of life, hence, after.

I don't believe there is an afterlife. It's actually better, if you think about it, because you don't actually ever find out that you're dead. Who would want to learn that they've died? I sure as hell (no pun intended) wouldn't.

Heh. It's funny, because I know 3 people who actually went to heaven and came back to tell about it. 2 of them are still alive today. (And yes, they we're all offically 'dead'. One was dead for 90 minutes, one for a day I think. The other I don't remember)

One of you has drug problem. It's either you or one of those people. The arrow points towards you.

I havn't died (yet). The other is Dot Robberts (she wrote a book too, but you might not be able to find her by googling her name)

I wish I believed in something, was religious in some way...because they are very lucky. As the saying goes, "Ignorance is bliss". I wish I believed that there was an afterlife of some sort, that I go to a holy utopia when I die...but I don't. I have no firmly rooted belief in what happens to me when I die, however I think that either nothing will become of me after my death, that I will simply be gone and nonexistant, or that my soul(if there is such a thing) will simply wander...or dissipate. Or something. I do fear death. There is not so much fear, as there is uncertainty. I would welcome death if I believed that it would send me to perfection for eternity. But it doesn't. And no matter how soon it comes, death is inevitable. So all I can do is live my life to the fullest, so that I will be satisfied when I die and when I am gone I will have nothing to miss or wish for.

That made me laugh.

Anyway, as much as I'm supposed to believe in heaven, I don't completely.

Why would it matter to you though? Since you stated that you do not believe in the afterlife why would it matter if you missed anything or wished for something. You said once your dead your dead.

Why would he be crucified on a cross tortured and stuff just so he would fake the name of God?

Martyr stories sell the best. Jesus broke the law. The Romans probably didn't like when people stopped working and go listen to a guy preach his stories. Time is money after all.

What ARE you smoking? What are your friends smoking? You should stop. When people start to see those kinds of things, its best to leave.

Did ya'll even bother looking at the link? Pronounced dead by 4 Emergency Medical workers. Professionals at the most.

Some more info copied from a youtube flix:
Don Piper was on his way back from a church conference when an 18-wheeler struck his Ford Escort head on. He was killed instantly - pronounced dead by four sets of EMTS. Shortly after the accident, Dick Onerecker, a pastor, arrived on the scene, laid hands on Don's body and prayed for him, and Don came back to life!

There is some information on Cwebs post.
Very interesting C Web. I loved reading/watchig it.

The truth of the matter is there is only one true way to ever knows what will happen when you die and that is to die. In all honesty there is a possibility of an afterlife, though seeing how our world is I would doubt it would/will be a utopia. But, as the only way to ever know is to die I think I am more than willing to wait a little while longer to find out.

I think that the afterlife is just a fancy way to say heaven. Just my opinion.

Great. Something that cannot be explained in great detail, because it is psychological. Some people do believe these things you know

Yeah. I'll admit that it indeed took a miracle, or a stroke of luck in that sense, that those two were spared. A large percentage, you are pronounced dead if EMTS cannot spark your heart back to involuntary contraction. Has this happened before where people were pronounced dead by machines or workers that aren't doctors? Yes. These people know only the fundamentals of saving lives and how to save them, and they perform these tasks in a quick motion to obviously save lives. Could they explain why EMTS didn't save them, but moments later they were shocked alive? No. Could doctors? Yes.

*looks at previous post*

Great, another expletive that needs to be uncensored... *marks in his journal*

After means lack? Is that what you are trying to say?
