I don't believe Deomons, Ghosts, or Angels are real. There is no proof what so ever if any one can find me proof or a link to the evidence that they are real plz show me.
Well if you are a Christian then why don't you believe in them? In the Bible, there are many stories about Jesus healing demon possessed people. Also, it said in Genesis that when Lucifer became jealous and went into hell, many more angels went with him, and that is how demons were created.
I do not believe in ghosts and stuff. But I do believe in Angels and demons.
It really depends upon your take on the subject actually. There is no scientific evidence to prove their existence nor will it be found soon, but you can't deny that it is seldom reported that these "mythical" beings exist. Albeit most of the cases turn out to be false.
Forcing a person to believe in the existence of ephemeral brings like these is very frequent. This does, to an extent, depict lack of tolerance towards acceptance of another person's faith or non-belief, for that matter.
Although it is unlikely that these so-called demons and angels will exist, I'll probably maintain neutrality over the topic.
I don't know what Satan is He could be a Demon and GOD could be an Angel but I'll need proof first
So you need proof about them being angels/demons, but you don't need evidence proving they even exist? lolwut?!
I don't believe in angels, demons, ghosts, wraiths or whatever else. No pshycic people, no spoon benders, no baby whisperers, no speaking with the dead. Not even in the soul. All these things have been made up to provide an 'explenation' for things people couldn't explain, or because people want attention.
This has no riligios background, and no regaurd to this argument.
Halloween
You mean the Harvest Celebration that was around before Crisitanity?
Easter
Aka Spring Festival?
Good Friday
I didn't relize that was a holiday...
Christmas
You mean the Winter Celibration
In other words, Cristianity took non Cristian holidays and turned them Cristian, so atiest can celibrate whatever they want. Also, this has no bearing on this argument.
I believe in ghosts that much is certain, mainly cause I used to attract the bloody things like a magnet till I blocked it out, until I was 12 I was scared out of my mind and HOW DID THIS GET INTO AETHISM (reading first page) *ahem* nonetheless as child my dad had experiences with horrid demon simply known as Mr. Man, a small shadow with a grin from ear to ear, glowing red eyes with yelow slits dor pupils, don't when it dissappeared.
It's a matter of faith. If you are an Atheist that beleives in nothing without proof, then you have no right to celebrate: Thanksgiving Halloween Easter Good Friday Christmas
Welcome to a thread about demons, ghosts, and angels - not which holidays an atheist can celebrate. Let's at least make it seem like we're trying to stay on topic...
Anyway, the lack of evidence for the existence of these entities, I think, is the best indicator that they don't exist. Yes, I realize this can be construed as an argument from ignorance. But honestly, which as many people "hunting ghosts" and other such nonsense, you'd think something, anything, would have been concrete evidence of the existence of ghosts or whatever. Now, usually I say this and then some smarta$$ says something about there being plenty of evidence for ghosts. Think like glowing orbs and electromagnetic fluctuations are supposed to indicate the presence of ghosts. But how the hell do we know these things indicate that ghosties are running around? We have to establish the entity before we can establish the effects of the entity. Or at least have a reason for believing these things exist apart from our childhood imaginations. All that electromagnetic fluctuations indicate is a fluctuation in an electromagnetic field. That's it. Until we have direct evidence of these non-physical entities that can somehow interact with the physical world, we can't even start to guess at the effects they would have.
I believe in ghosts that much is certain, mainly cause I used to attract the bloody things like a magnet till I blocked it out, until I was 12 I was scared out of my mind
I hear this a lot. Do you really think you blocked it out, or is it more likely that you just grew up and stop believing in such nonsense. I don't want to detract from your experiences. I'm sure at the time these things seemed real and your fear was certainly genuine. But sometimes we think things are there that simply aren't. I don't think the evidence of over-imaginative children is very much evidence for the existence of ethereal beings.
