I saw part of this loveline on another website so I copied and filled in the rest with the cheating episodes of Jesse James on Sandra Bullock. There are two more mistresses but this is what I got so far:
----------

July 2005: Self-announced "Soul-mates", Bullock and James married in a romantic, sunset wedding in Santa Barbara, CA, surrounded by 300 of their family and friends, including William Shatner and Regina King. Her first marriage, his third marriage.
Sept 2006: James starts 2-year affair with Melissa Smith.
May, 2007: Bullock got a restraining order against an obsessed fan who allegedly attempted to run over James. A judge ordered Marcia Valentine to stay at least 500 feet away from the star and her family for the next three years.
April 2008: The couple was involved in a car accident in Gloucester, MA. They were being driven to their hotel when another car came swerving toward them, an observer said, and the vehicles collided at 15-20 miles per hour. Both cars were towed from the scene and nobody was hurt. The driver of the other car was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

So why do guys cheat even after they say they will love them forever?
Wait, so why do guys cheat, or why did Jesse James cheat? There are a variety of answers for the first question, and to answer the second question we'd have to ask Mr. James. I've kinda had a crush on Sandra Bullock for like 10 years, so I don't know why he cheated on her. She deserves better. I should give her a call...
I suggest the most common reason guys in general cheat is simply this: opportunity. You also have to keep in mind that, biologically, most animals don't mate for life. I don't think humans have even been mating for life for that long. It's a forced concept that some guys just can't emotionally accept. As for me, I love my wife more than anything. I guess that's kind of a dumb thing to say. But I also just hate people. I mean really really hate people. So, for me, there really is no opportunity.
Not all guys are Jesse James. We don't all cheat. This is a generalization.
And it seems like a lot of this timeline is irrelevant to the topic.

Unless this is what caused Jesse James to cheat, I don't see the point in including this.
Tiger Woods gained more fame after his scandal.
Tiger Woods was a professional golfer. He could become more famous by doing just about anything.

Love and sex are different for guys and girls. Males are often more physical, whereas females are often more emotional.
Males more often than females feel and realize animal urges and seek gratification, such as... sex. It's like this in every species, but as dolphins are the only other that it's been proven that do it for fun, it's on the subject of passing on genes.
I can't speak for girls, as I don't really understand them fully, and some of my friends who happen to be girls admitted that they don't either.

The same thing could be ask of girls as well.
Males are often more physical, whereas females are often more emotional.
One of the most active parts of a males brain when being sexually aroused is around the visual cortex. In females it in the areas that deal primarily with memory.
About 20% of men will cheat, and 15% of women will cheat in a relationship. It's speculated that the number for women will continue to rise as they become more financially dependent in the world.
The reason why we hear about it more with men is because when men cheat, it's usually about sex. When women cheat, it's more of an emotional affair (maybe she's not getting enough attention from her husband/partner). In that case, it's easier to sympathize with women cheaters and see men as "dirtier" and "much more likely to cheat." While men do cheat more, it's not as much as most people think.
Porn has nothing to deal with it. It is society. Men are portrayed to be able to have whatever they want by using smooth lines, wearing the right clothes, hanging out with the right people. Others see that and want it as well, so they try it and they realize it doesn't work that way.
Otherwise, the relationship was never about love for the man. It was about sex. If he doesn't like the sex you give him, he'll go find someone else who does it better. Whether or not he breaks the relationship before that is a matter of shame. Those with no shame will break it off and run to the other girl, those with it will hide their secret and cheat on you.
