'Oh... Erm.... sorry Palestine, here you go, you can have the strip. Wanna go grab a beer and a bacon sandwich?'
They can't eat bacon silly =P
Seriously though the existence of Humus makes Israel keep control which causes anti-Israeli feelings which in turns causes Humus to exist. Talk about a vicious circle.

Don't you mean Hamas? Humus is a Jewish food item, silly.
My opinion on all of this is that the aid workers were CLEARLY headed for Gaza, and that all they had to do was dock at an Israeli port for two or so days. If their intentions were good-natured, they could have gone to the port and there would have been no problems. Some of them, however, were against Israel, and came with a lust for fighting. I can understand and even accept their hatred toward Israel, the Israelites, after all, had taken land that the Arabs thought were rightfully theirs (not saying it was) and that Israel was being cruel to the Gazans. I can accept that some of them tried to retaliate. But I can't accept the fact that people around the world are considering it blasphemy for Israel to shoot them. Israel warned them, gave them clear instructions, and gave them several days to reach a consensus on the issue. But they didn't listen. I can accept ignorance, I can accept not knowing that you did wrong. I can't accept something like this, though. If someone warns you when you're skirting their boundaries and you ignore them, then that's just not right.
Thet's right. The soviets were not even going to pass your border. What right did you have to force them to stop constructing missle bases?
Israel shouldn't even have control of the strip. It should be shared - which would resolve all the pointless deaths and crises that surround the dispute.
Your opinion but clearly not the opinion of the Israeli government;
Wrong. It is a possible solution looked upon by both sides.
They can't eat bacon silly =P
They also can't drink alcohol silly =P
had taken land that the Arabs thought were rightfully theirs
This is the part that I don't understand. We took it from the british. First the brithish mandadte, then the war of revolution, then Israel.
Humus is a Jewish food item
It's an arab food and not israeli.
I want the side who is against the atttack to make me understand what is the diffrence beetwen the cuban missle crisis and what happened now. Maybe that will help.
Israel had been telling the vessels to stop for days and they ignored it. The soldiers should have used tasers however it is clearly the "aid workers" fault that any of this happened.
OH MY GOD SAMY!!!!!!! what are u saying? what does Israel have to do with what is coming into and out of Palestine, they shouldn't be there in the first place! They were kicked out of Europe and they were forced to stay in Palestine!

No need for caps.
As Tomer has pointed out the Jewish culture was close to extinction and Israel was created (with near world-wide support) as a way to promote the Jewish culture. The Palestinians were unhappy because they had lost land in the creation of the country and attacked; however, Israel won thanks to advance technology. They took over the Gaza strip and they have every right to keep it whether or not it is a good thing to do is a different matter.
first of all, what are caps?:P(my main language isn't english) and second, ya i can't disagree with u about what u stated... and ya u r right, it is a different matter(is it a good thing)
