ok so some of you may have looked at my thread about how me and my friend got in a fight and stuff.
well ever since ive just been pissed and mad a everyone and people are starting to notice and start lecturing me about stuff and now im getting even more pissed.
i dont know about anyone else but for me when people tell me how i need to stop being so angry it gets me even more angry and really hate being mean to everyone.
its been like this for almost a week, so what can i do to just calm down already and stop flipping out on everyone. i already broke my phone today. (doesnt matter i get paid in like 2 days)
Really? Rain makes me sad. I think according to some psychologists, weather controls your emotions and rain makes people depressed. It can calm me down sometimes though.
Rain can calm you a lot. It's instinct. Back when we lived in caves, we were prey of the stronger animals. They won't go hunting during rain. This is the reason why it's easier to sleep when it's raining.

World's most dominant species is bacteria, not because of number but because you always had bacteria on / in you that can always change your emotions too.
But either way I barely get angry and have no real way to dispose of it. I just think to myself about stuff - that's all I need really.
When i'm really really angry i just want to kick somebody or so hehe, so i'll go outside and tennis against the wall.. or else i'll talk to friends or listen to music, but most of the time i just want to be left alone so i can cool down
I listen to some Bob Marley, for my traffic anger. It's hard to be angry when Bob is singing. Sometimes I jam out on one of my instruments. Or if all else fails. I sit comfortably with my back straight, no slouching. I close my eyes and I breath in deeply and slowly all the while with a clear mind, thinking only of my breathing. When I have inhaled close enough to my max, I exhale just as slowly. I imagine all my stress and anxiety leaving my entire body with every exhale. I just repeat this until my mind is at ease and my body feels calm. This breathing method works everytime for me. The more you do it. The better you will be at controlling your emotions. It's also really great for stress in general.
