Should I tell my parents that I am gay. I am going to tell them eventually but should I tell them sooner? And should I tell the guy that I like that I am gay? Or do you think that if I told him it would scare him away?
I wouldn't tell them. I'm a bit of a homophobe personally (hey, don't judge me), and from the sounds of your dad, he won't like it. At all. He'll probably vomit. And scream at you calling you a f**.
Also, don't tell the guy(s) you like. That's a bad idea.
In reality, that's something best left out of the realm of other guys. They can be a bit . . . extreme.

if he does say something like... "f*** you! its my right to be gay! I'm moving out with my gay friends anyways! Goodbye forever! N00b!"
Telling your parents is your decision and yours alone. If you feel like you really need to get the weight off your chest, tell them. Better than having to constantly hide it, no? And if you feel that they won't be able to take it very well, wait a while, until you're slightly more mature, so that they don't take it as this just being a side effect of your hormones.
I'm basing this on the assumption that you fit the 10-15 years of age, so correct me if I'm wrong.
