I think what you are getting at with regards to law enforcement is not racism, but racial profiling, and yes the police do it because it is effective. Any foray into the myriad statistics and studies with regards to racial profiling shows quite conclusively that profiling greatly increases the odds of law enforcement being in the right place, at the right time to stop someone from committing a crime or to apprehend someone who has committed a crime.

Do you seriously believe that? Statistics and studies only show half the story. Why, for instance, do black people in poor areas commit more crime than white people in rich areas?
Crime = Corruption. Corruption means people don't live well enough. The white world got rich because it was more advanced, since it worked more together, because there wasn't much known about the black world until the later ages. Once Africa becomes a rich continent aswell, black people won't commit any more crimes than white. We whites are the ones that should be discriminated for not sharing the money equally with your black brethren. If you're open to change and ideas of other worlds, then you should be able to gain some of the money. Muslim extremists should be discriminated aswell, for their selfishness, but a muslim in general shouldn't be.
Funny. I'm not known to be a socialist. It's my philosopher's side talking. I'm probally slightly liberal here. Just think carefully about my statement. If black people had more money, they didn't have to turn to crime. If they would be able to get around easily, with slight luxery, like the whites do, then they would also be able to live like us.

Pfft, you can't even out inequality by heaping it onto the other side of the scales - you can't make blacks and whites equal by taxing the whites more and the blacks less - it doesn't work that way. We need to pull everybody up from poverty - black or white. I'd suggest that we overthrow this capitalist society and go with a better system where people can't get rich so easily off of the backs of others.

Not at all. Writing didn't come to europe in the first place either, but it DID make it a wealthy continent. Africa got it quite late, if we put the northern countries as exceptions. Southern africa was explored late, and the people there were still devided, like nowadays. Europe would probally be the most progressed continent, as the countries are working together there, as europe, instead as neighbours, countries etc. Africa is still in the smaller stage, and has to unite. Writing is usefull for this. Nelson Mandela united South Africa, and it's quite wealthy. In other countries, there are still tribes fighting each other.
