WELCOME ALL! to Homework Help
Having trouble with a homework problem? Just can't seem to understand what you learned in school, but you got the answer some how?
Well here is your chance to get the help that you deserve, with you're own private tutor(s)!
With the many intelligent people in the community, almost all questions can be answered by one person or another! Not only will you get the answer but you will understand how that answer is correct so you can learn and do it in the future on your own!
Answer questions fully, giving the answer and an explination with it. Try not to only give an answer, it defeats the purpose of this thread.
If a question was already answered, please do not repost the answer unless correcting it or adding helpful content to the answer.

I personally am most skillful in mathematics, followed by reading and writing.

Hyper read cirque du freak and demonata series you will probably love darren shan the author he uses grest details and kept me hooked. Me yes I read one of his books in a day thier pwnage! (i would recomend cirque du freak first)

agreed, those books were EPIC, but i don't think individually one book from the series would achieve over a 1500+ lexile level.

and its not realistic D:

So, are you just ignoring DarkRoot's question? I would really like someone to answer that problem. I think DarkRoot would too.

define 'realistic fiction'

My English teacher(who obviously has the last word on this) defines it as...
"A fiction(not real) book that could happen in real life. Cannot be historical fiction(fiction based around a real historical event)."
So like...The Great Gilly Hopkins is realistic fiction, Because of Winn Dixie is realistic fiction, etc.

Go cirque du freak!!! i just read the one where mr crepsley dies so rigged!!!

Even if I wanted to, now I can't. You just spoiled it for me.

I'd answer it, but I'm not exactly in a position to answer a calculus question, now am I? I have no idea what that problem is.
If you're so anxious to help him, then help him yourself.

Well i have no idea what alexile is at my school we just need a 65 points at the end of a trimester usually about 11 points a book. (are you in a private school)

Nope, public school.
And if you don't understand, here's the lex site.

And I'd say your lexile is...*consults chart* can't know yet. Did you find Cirque Du Freak hard, easy, or just right?

Yep still waiting. It's not a Calculus question is Discrete Mathematics questions. I doubt anyone here would be able to answer it and it usually takes me a long time to answer the hard questions in my textbook. Sigh on Wednesday I have a quiz on this stuff so much fun I can hardly contain it.

The lexile stuff sound dumb to me, it looks like they just take the number of page and how many hard words are in the book to determine the score.

I didn't say I could help him, I said I wanted someone to help him. Really, if I knew the answer, I would've been a smart a ss and answered it already. I don't have that kind of knowledge in the field of mathematics, I'm not "qualified" like you guys obviously are.

Every book is easy as long as it doesnt have things like the functionamilator is stuck in his atonimalizer. otherwise reading is easy (Cirque du freak was easy but a good story!) They dont use the lexile system in RSM intermediate.
