I personally am most skillful in mathematics, followed by reading and writing.
I didn't say I could help him, I said I wanted someone to help him. Really, if I knew the answer, I would've been a smart a ss and answered it already. I don't have that kind of knowledge in the field of mathematics, I'm not "qualified" like you guys obviously are.
Sorry. And yes, I am very qualified. Up to the point of seventh grade mathematics xP.
lol thats not even the book its about the main character darren crepsley was just another main character.
Wow... Lol dude seriously stop it. You don't go around saying "Omg *main character* dies at the end!" then "O no I dint spoil the book read it!" Everyone who isn't Wes, don't read this. -Dumbledore dies at the end of the 6th Harry Potter. Snape kills him but it turns out Snape was good. -Lord Stark dies at the end of A Game of Thrones. Littlefinger betrays him. -Quintus is Daedalus in the Battle of the Labyrinth. -Nathaniel dies at the end of Ptolemy's Gate. -Jessica defeats the darklings but is trapped in midnight in Blue Noon. Thar, I think I've spoiled enough.
No doubt you are but you need twice the experience for my questions :P Sigh looks like I have to work on this alone or bother my prof who doesn't speak English well.
But in case anyone has the talent
Wink wink
Darren Shan series is good but the Demonta was the best of his work.
Never planned on reading those books so thank you if i ever need to right an essay ill call you Its like the 4th last book i think theres way more i can say to actually spoil it.

Oh yeah! We're doing a book report for English and we need to get a book to match our lexile level. My lexile's 1500+(as high as it goes), and I'm having trouble finding a book. Here are the requirements for the book. 1. Must have a minimum Lexile Level of 1350, no maximum. 2. Must be realistic fiction. 3. Must be school-appropriate. Anyone know a good book that fits those qualifications?
Hrm . . . I'm in the same situation - my lexile's in the mid-1600s and has been in that range since I was your age - and I honestly can't find books that reach into that range either. I think 1400+ is where novels end and informative books begin :/. There be demons. I used a search-by-lexile function for 1500 and the best I found was a book about homosexuality's cultural role in modern France. Oh joy.
The halo books and the rest of the cirque du freak series wich i already know what the end is and stuff. other than that any that the teachers force me to. Maybe ill read diary of a wimpy kid the new one. So get googleing

Mid-1600s?!| How is that even possible, the scale only goes up to 1500. If it's above 1500, all they can say is "yours is above 1500" which is what they did for me. Wait...did you use the SRI to determine or something else? Yes, I tried that. Don Quixote was already shot down. Next I'm going to try David Copperfield, hopefully that'll work. Gawd mah English teacher's strict about lex.

I already read Diary of a Wimpy Kid. 1- Rodrick tells Greg's secret but it is misinterpreted so all the boys think he's cool. 2- Greg doesn't go to Spag Union because his wimpiness saves his dad from being embarrassed at a party. 3- Greg stops being friends with Rowley but makes up. Thar, did I spoil it enough?

The lexile is from 0-2000. Says so on the wikipedia article. I used to be told that it went up to 1700, so I think there's a lot of misinformation there. Unless your school uses some special modified lexile scale or something.
I doubt anything by Dickens would be 1350+. He doesn't exactly write in a difficult-to-comprehend way. Robinson Crusoe might be 1400 at the very most. Dunno about that one.
