It's because he's using Specialist killstreaks. When you get an 8 killstreak, you get all the perks, it's not a hack or anything. And who cares if the FMG9's are overpowered, I use them and I pwn. Just use them too.

It doesn't make the game fun when a lot of people start using those weapons and the specialist thing. And I care because those are pistols, they're not supposed to be stronger than assault rifles and SMGs. It makes the game look bad. It's like making a standard pistol a one shot one kill weapon.

From the looks of it they are stronger than most primary weapons if you use both of them, and having one of them matches most primary weapons, especially with the specialist perk package. The problem is that machine pistols should not be this strong, and if they want to keep them in the game then they should at least put them in the SMG category and tone down the strength. You need to balance the weapons.
