Saying that homosexuality is wrong because the bible says so only appeals to christians. Besides, the bible only says that's it's wrong for a man to lay with another man. There's nothing wrong with lesbians!!
OK a lot of you guys seem to have issues with g.ay people, espepecially redbedhead. People don't choose to be gay, it's like being born boy or girl, it all has to do with different chemical compounds(I'm pretty sure, correct me if I'm wrong), so don't go spouting off stuff about people choosing to be gay, which some probabaly do, but not all. If God doesn't tolerate g.ay people, then why where they born into this world? Religous arguements just don't seem to work in my eyes. So Craze77, using the bible as an arguement, doesn't seem like a strong, heck less than weak, arguement.

First of all, why in the world would that matter? Second of all, I am just asking you to clarify your argument, because this is a very debated topic. You can't just throw out an opinion and not defend it, that's not what this thread is about.
The Bible allows for slavery. The Bible also says that a rape victim must marry the rapist. The Bible also puts men on a higher scale than women. If you want to argue everything with "because the Bible says so," be prepared to defend slavery, rape, and lower status for women.
@ craze77 Who cares wot the bible says about it. It was written hundreds of years ago when no one was gay but now as it is acceptable it needn't be an issue for anyone. I mean rele there shouldn't be a thread about it

It occurs in nature, it is marked by biological differences, and it cannot be changed. Evidence seems to point to the idea that homosexuality is inherent and not a choice.
Drestro, there is no need to insult him. The best thing to do is have tolerance for the ignorant. Living in a box, like he does, must be sad. What you can do, is learn to pick out fallacies in arguments that people make and use those remarks to debate.
It's hard to do so with outbreak because his sentence doesn't make much sense. The major thing, is he doesn't offer any source for his opinion. He just lays down a blanket statement and expects it to be right.
Wot pepl like outbreak dont understand is that his threats of going to hel lare meaningless unless you belive in god so to most pepl they are just empty threats. Let them just vent it out of their system. They are all just rednecks fuckin their sisters anyway
