Hmmm well Id still go with Thor as long as there arent any world encircling snakes around but otherwise the Silver Surfer is pretty tough.

The only two who I can think of that would survive is Galactus and Dr. Manhattan since they can do things with time and have many other powers. It would be great to see those two fight.
