K, so, this is a general discussion where people share tips about surviving the Zombie Apocalypse. The only requirements here are to remember how far the nearest weapon/grocery store is, or how populated the place you live in is. The larger the spot, the more the zombies. So, you can discuss your basic plan about how to survive, but first, ask yourself some questions, like: 1: What kind of resources do I have? 2: What kind of weapons are available to me now? 2: Where will I go? Tell about what your main weapon would be (it doesn't have to be a gun), or where you'll go, or if you can improvise. My main weapons would have to be a shotgun (easy handling, can take out numerous zombies in one shot) or a rifle, and my melee weapon would be a crowbar or an axe, and secondary would be a kitchen or jack knife.
Yeah, I'm talking about "Rage" only a little more mutated than that.
Oh, I see. Then in that case any fatal shot is worth it. Heart, liver, arteries, too much blood loss... Anything...
dude all i meant was several years from now before an zombie apoclayspe happen scientists got bored and made floating items and conitued this reseach to bigger items and finally a city.
Oh, well then okay then. Scientists won't do that on this planet because there's no need to. But I suppose in a parallel dimension they might have a necessity to inventing floating cities if they are even possible. But what if someone who has a scratch mark on them gets past security and goes on board the ship? Then they'll turn zombie and kill everything in their site... You're plan is slightly flawed...
Erm, why would we do that? That makes no sense whatsoever. It is MUCH MUCH MUCH more economical to build a city on a the ground. We are not exactly in the golden age either...

this could spiral off into the oblivion of imagination (although a zombie invasion isnt so far off, but omg i love thinking about what i would do), but, staying in topic not so far from the universe of The Walking Dead, i would head first to wall mart, to arm myself and get some food, then to gander mountain (outside gear) then try to acquire a bus and then fortify it. just keep driving around and looking for survivors, adding busses, trying not to get sieged....

Most likely the people would give up on trying to import fuel into the country. Then you'd eventually run out and become stationery and eventually become overrun with zombies and inevitably killed...

or, i could find somewhere to bunk down, and you're forgetting that there would probably be enough unused fuel in the country to keep driving for quite a while...

Yeah, but not enough food. Once the city has been sealed off and all the food supplies stop, you'll run out of food and starve to death and die...
I'll have gotten some seeds from somewhere along my travels, and why are you trying to rule out that I'd be able to hunt, and maybe live off the land, I might still be able to either go to a library, use the internet, or find someone who knows about edible plants.

stop being a pessimist, be unbiased and consider being out in the country, or even within the walls or gates of a protected area, such as a prison--kill all of the zombies in the prison, secure the gates/walls around it, use the food and weapons that are inevitably there
