So, uh, yeah, the title pretty much says it. Lots of topics turn into religion debates, so this is meant for that. Mine is Atheist. Feel free to oppose, but I'll oppose your post, too.

adam and eva should not eat from the tree of gnosis. if i remember right god wanted them to wait till they are ready to eat apples from this tree. but the snake convinced them to eat these apples. as soon as god found out they ate the apples from this tree he kicked them out of the garden eden. and thats why we are guilty and must pay for the original sin.

Well I suppose to be fair, we are trying to put logic to something with a talking donkey.

god is all knowing right?

well he isn't if he had to find out about eve eating the apple.

also did he already know that the snake was going to convince eve to eat the apple.

god could already have made adam and eve able to eat those apples if he wanted to.

why did god place all these objects (eve, the snake, the tree whit the apple) at the same place? he knowed what will happen then. if he didn't wanted this to happen he could place all these objects so far away from eatchother that they could never find eatchother.

there is just so much wrong whit that story.

Why should we pay the price for the crime of someone whom I never knew?

I don't cuz I believe that Adam and Eve were meant to eat the fruit. Nothing happens by accident. If they hadn't partaken of the fruit then all of mankind would be delayed. and we would be born years, centuries, millenia later. The price we would have to pay is if they didn't eat the fruit.

As for the talking Donkey, does anyone remember the story about Balam and the talking donkey? (as cleanly as I will put it)

and that fits for the entire bible.

@MageGrayWolf i remembered only a story of the bible, i dont believe the story.

Why should we pay the price for the crime of someone whom I never knew?

maybe god is not so nice as some people think.

if god would be all knowing he/she/it would know what mankind would do even before god decided to create mankind. that means either he/she/it had not created mankind or do not care about its earth anymore or is nonexistant.

as far as i can remember, god said that they should not ate these apples and went away. but somewhere else in the bible stands: god is everywhere. how can god go away if god is everywhere? some religions are confusing and contradictorily.

Whenever someone mentions Adam and Eve, the saying, "Do not blame the son for the sins of the father" pops into my head. Yet God, in his supposedly all loving and all knowing wisdom, is everyone for the "sins" (Lets not even get into how God made the fruit in the first place and put it within reach of purely innocent human beings) of their great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great Jesus and Michael (Adam) did.

...uh, so, what obscure branch of Christianity do you follow? I've never heard this before. So let me ask you a few questions...

1) Adam was human and mortal. How would he create anything?
2) Jesus was born thousands of years after the creation of the world.
3) When was Adam ever known as Michael?

...

So, they made the world before they were born...and one isn't even a son of a god. How?

And please, what branch of Christianity is it that you follow?

Jesus and Michael (Adam)

I always thought that Jesus was known as the Angel Micheal in some Christian sects. Adam being Micheal is against that idea, unless you believe that Adam is Jesus, or vice versa.

btw adam and eve will have children. these children need to do insest to furter reproduce the population.

does this mean that christianity accepts insest is normal and not a sin?

can't be right, right?

Unless by saying Jesus and Micheal(Adam) created earth, they were a couple that did it together. Take that however you want to. So:

Jesus=Jesus/Eve?
Adam=Micheal/Adam?
