I don't know about the other two, but I have seen coconut ice cream before. I think I even tasted it at one point, because for some reason, I know exactly what it tastes like.
I'd hate to be me sitting in it when it collapses.

A candy world (if not done already)
It would end world hunger for a short while, but it wouldn't be long before everyone ate it and developed diabetes. Then the medicine to treat it would also be made of candy which would worsen the symptoms so nobody could live past 55. Then you'd have a bunch of decaying bodies scattered all over the place with nowhere to bury them due to a lack of dirt. It would reek everywhere and all the candy would eventually be contaminated by decaying flesh.
So no, that would not be a world I'd ever want to live in under any circumstances.

Until a pen can efficiently erase any marks it makes, no advancements can be made in the world of pen technology.
That it does, but until it becomes commonplace, pen technology must stay at a halt.

Anyway, I'd like a pen that plays music. Not one of those cheap things that simply plays a few seconds when you push a button. More of an MP3, but in pen form.
I would want the Men in Black pen that would cause mass amnesia in case I do something really stupid in public. Of course the effects would only be temporary. Muwah,ha,ha.
I would love to have a laser pen. Or a pen that shoots a powerful mini bomb. Or a pen that has edible ink. I also want one that can shoot out a varity of darts. Poison, sleeping, paralzed, and uh... I think thats it.

I already covered that. A chair made of rubber would not be the best chair ever.

I'd like to be able to control how long the amnesia lasts. Maybe a minute, an hour, a day, a week, a month, a year, etc.
Or, another really good pen would be the Scrooch pen. Ever heard of it?
Haven't heard of the Scrooch pen yet... looked it up and could only find a 'Scrooge Mc Duck Pen', nothing else! =/
I would like to have a pen that has a flavour, preferably Banana or Lemon! I always eat my pen when thinking during writing with it and so far, the best pen taste is a 'Bic', but they don't come in flavours yet... any way to invent these? =)
I have no idea if yours is an original story but great job if it is and kudoos for keeping it going for 8 years. I have difficulty holding a thought for eight hours.
