You are not from the future. The tech is 1700 tech. However, you can make advances on said 1700 tech, then advances on that. Only one Advance per turn. No double posting. There is an edit button.
The first person to apply for one country is that said country's leader.
Is there a way to Solve the conflict? I don't like war!
The English side with the Austrians. The Prussians side with the Austrians. The Bohemians side with you. The English are invading The Gibraltar. What do you do?
Can i give them the power they want? One leadership is already hard to carry , and i'm not attracted by power! =)
You successfully make peace with the Austrians And Spain is now fully independent. However the English aren't aware of this and attack the Gibraltar anyway. This starts a war between England and Spain. What do you do?

I will try to fortify negociation with England because they are in a dangerous position. And in the meanwhile send an ambassador into Netherland.
I'm Picking England because they seem to be having the strongest Army and Manpower over all of these nations
I as the king of England Declare war against the Prussians taking advantage of their weak military and their lack of communication with the rest of the nations.
