I'm going to carry on my attitude from my previous mod posting (elsewhere) and not condone any location divining. Also I don't see any reason to award a merit for such things, though I'm not going to stop you holding such a contest anyway. Just not for a merit :P

A guy stopped on the Westgate bridge, got out of his car carrying his 4 year old daughter (who was on her way to her first day of school) and dropped her off the side of the bridge. She survived the 4 story fall, but died later when paramedics couldn't revive her.
