Felicity can be good if you can get some good equipment on her but I prefer to stick with Veradux and Roald. She was easy to beat in the beginning and still easy to beat now.
she's comparable to Roald as an offensive support character. her attacks scale well with both strength and speed (but its alot easier to stack strength given the equipment options in this game). her base vitality is low so she'll need at least 1 or 2 high vitality pieces to stay alive.
she has slightly better debuffs ("Knifed" is particularly good)than Roald and crits more often. she lacks the fairly useful "Greater Purpose" buff that Roald can use and sometimes she screws herself by wasting a turn on the nearly useless "Blade Dance" defensive buff.
Personally I would prefer it if her sweatshirt was her default and it showed up when she wore armor, but, Krin probably figured that having a female character that displayed armor would need brand new sprites to correspond, so that may be why...

the fact that you can't control your teammates directly means they are not stable. Therefore you have to be the Damage Dealer. Again, that means your teammates should either be punch bag or medic. Felicity doesn't fit in the team.
