That sounds like a good idea to me, and although it might raise spam a little, it would also make people want to comment more, which would make the whole Community section more fun.
Yeah it will raise the average posts on the community. That just makes it harder for Mods cause they would have to check out the forum quite more often.
We already got all the people we need for ideas, if a person already had and idea they would have said it by now. Most people who don't come on the forums think its not a fast way to get AP.
