I haven't had the chance to pop in for a while because its quite a busy term for me in school, and I also just moved to a new flat so there isn't internet there yet either.
In any case, just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on the Sonny 2 Zones and Achievements. If there is anything special you'd like to see put in, just leave a suggestion here and I'll read it.
After the new few weeks or so, our film projects in school will go into post-production, and since I'm not one of the editors, I'll have a lot more free time to push the Flash games forward
I think the thing most needed would be a re-balance or fine-tuning of PVP, with the new armor in the new zones. But I'm sure that's going to happen already.
Sorry, I don't think that's going to happen. Look how long it took Battleon to get Dragonfable PVP online, and they had a lot more manpower and incentive to do it. They have subscribers, and made promises, and had Adventure Quest to back it up. I think Sonny's got potential for a good online PVP, but it seems like wishful thinking .
Oh, I forgot another suggestion. Make the next Sinjid super cool. At least as cool as the first two. And take your time. Ninja like me who like Sinjid know the fine art of patience.
I gotta say, we need the classes to be more... balanced? That's probably the best way to put it. Each Class has a tree, which is siiiick. Each tree has some VERY distinct paths. Of which... one of them (two TOPS) are useful. Ultimately, that gets really disappointing. The way turns are calculated makes buffing yourself almost worthless. And, I cannot seem to figure out what stats do other than affect your damage. Which is fine, on one level, but on another, it's kinda pointless. I don't know. You know more about this than me. But, I think there's room for improvement, even if this game is FANTASTIC.
dacer, do you expect everything out of the developer? Do you think "I want this!" and instantly Krin could make it? Maybe you should make an online PvP and send it to Krin if you want it that badly :P
I'm so excited for it! I wonder, though, what it will be, because if it is radically different, then Krin will have to rework all the item drops and stores to compensate for different builds. I don't think it could be too weird, though, because there aren't that many different stats to tweak.
